7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Daphne

I’ve been going through 7Brew since it opened. Fabulous….until today. I ordered 1/2 sweet large iced tea, no ice. Once I left and sipped my drink, it was unsweetened. I had to turn around and drive back, in the busy intersection, and ask it to be sweetened. They said they would make another one for me. They said they were going to throw the unsweetened one away. I told them they should just give it to me instead of throwing it away. The girl said, “no, we’d have to charge you for it.” They also are charging an extra dollar if you order no ice. It was $4.30 or so days ago and today it was $5.40 or so. I would really like to support a local coffee place, but if you’re not going to let me have the option of keeping the mixed up drink and then charging me an extra dollar for no nice, I’m going back to Starbucks which offers the same price ($4.25) for ice or no ice and if Starbucks mess up your order they give you the option of keeping it while they make the correct one. If I have to turn around in a busy intersection to go back to get the correct order, I should be compensated, but hey, Starbucks is right...

We tried 7 Brew Coffee recently. Looks like a fun place to work if you have a teen. Music going and they’re running it like Chick-fil-a with two lanes🎉 Pray for the one adult manager😂 Let’s take a moment and celebrate the hours this place is open! It’s a monumental occasion to see a coffee place open until 10/11pm here! I ordered an iced coffee with cream and my husband got a black hot decaf. There is no drip coffee here. They make & charge the ice/hot coffees off espresso shots. Being from the Motherland of Starbucks and our love for coffee we both agreed the coffee is a dark roast leaning towards Starbucks brew more than Dunkin. This is the place to ask for extra cream or get a flavoring. Personally I’d just get less espresso shots. There is outdoor seating. Pricing is fair and similar to Dunkin. Ours was $7.67 for the 2 large drinks. Every 10th purchase of coffee is FREE🤩 Just ask at drive-up about the rewards program. They enroll you with your phone...

I have enjoyed my past visits to 7Brew. Even my order today had great customer service. I am posting for concern on the quality in making drinks. I ordered a smoothie today and while drinking it on the drive home felt a hard piece. Weird, maybe it was a piece of fruit or something? I spit it out and realized it was plastic that was fraying. When I got home I strained my smoothie and found they had ground up a whole bottle cap! It was mangled to various size pieces (not pictured was the end result of straining where many small fragments were). I understand mistakes happen but this could have posed a serious choking hazard. I don’t think I can comfortably order...
