Jersey Mikes in Daphne Alabama is unprofessional, incompetent, and down right trash! I called before placing an order through door dash on Sun Oct. 3rd. They had an untrained employee who can barely speak proper English answer the phone, who was also not fully trained, per day the manager. My call consisted of me asking them, if I placed a order for 2 big kahunas through door dash, would they able to make them mike’s way. I was told yes by the untrained employee so I placed my order and then called the daphne store back to let them know what I ordered and ask again will there be lettuce and tomatoes on my subs…Again I was lied to due to lack of comprehension… When my two subs I ordered for almost $50 arrived, they were definitely not made like I was reassured they would be…I called back to speak to manager. Instead of being compensated or treated as valued customer the manager told me the employee who took my order couldn’t understand English well and was not fully trained. When I proceeded to ask her what did that have to do with them not ensuring what I was told I was going to get the manager hung up on me and stop answering the store phone. So not only do they have a disgruntle customer, but because of their lack of managerial and obviously training skills as well, they also ignored all other customers who were trying to spend money with their business trying to avoid my callback. Fast food restaurants should need to make way better choices during they’re hiring and promoting process. This is not my first bad experience at this location and as I far as I’m concerned the manager from Oct 3rd (night shift) is scum and...
Read more14 May 2021 @ 7:10pm: We ordered our food with no issues. However, as the food was being prepared one worker (an older white female) was moved to and working the register in gloves (for preparing food) and taking in money and also fixed and bagged one of our sandwiches with the same gloves on. Additionally, the worker (older female) actually laid or leaned across the counter to close and bag the sandwich and placed her arm on the sandwich that had a bandage on it. We collected our food and walked to our car to discuss what had just taken place. Moments later we returned and explained what had happened to a young man now working at the register. The manager/ or owner told the young man he would make another sandwich. Instead of apologizing and fixing the problem he failed to put the proper ingredients on the sandwich and seemed upset with us for returning the sandwich, while also pushing away any assistance offered by the older female that had originally wrapped and bagged our sandwich. So this will be our last visit to this establishment. The only real issue with the situation is a lack of customer service. Just a simple we apologize and will correct the the problem and we would have been satisfied and would have written a completely...
