Was excited to have a McDonald's near me finally but that didn't last but a couple weeks. 1st Visit: Pull up to outside drive through, told to hold. Person pulls up into inside drive through, gets their order taken. They finally take my order and screw up entering it, told to wait while kid finds a manager on how to fix order. 2nd Visit: Forgot 1 of my 2 fries. Have to drive back around drive through and wait while the staff hold a small meeting on how to handle forgetting some ones fries 3rd Visit: Got breakfast and a coffee. Coffee might as well had been a bottle water cause someone doesn't know how grounds to water ratio impacts how a coffee tastes. 4th Visit: Forgot my fries again, this time I got a receipt and didn't pull out until checking. Girl looks at me like I am a liar so I hand her the bag and receipt and she does a CSI investigation to finally conclude she indeed failed to properly fill out a simple 4 item order. 5th Visit: Pull up for breakfast at 9am and the girl proceeds to list all the items they don't have essentially eliminating most of their breakfast menu. I drove off and I will not be returning. Can't fill out any of their receipt surveys as it appears that McDonalds does not recognize this location as an actual McDonald's. Every visit, pushing their app down my throat. My phone has enough spy/adware garbage on it as it is. Prices are ridiculous. Charging dine in restaurant prices for food no where close to that quality. Fast food is dead. What was once cheap, fast and convenient is now the opposite in every respect. As a society we should do ourselves a favor and not give these places any more of our hard earned dollars. For my fellow local Sherrill's Ford and Denver people, do yourself a favor and go right down the road about 150 yards to Boss Hog BBQ. You can get just about everything McDonalds offers at lower prices, better service, and real ingredients. Literally makes no sense to go...
Read moreIt cost me $5.47 to get a medium fry because that was the default. Meaning that size or nothing. I wanted a fountain drink. So I ordered a sprite. He said if you want a drink the default size is a medium. Oh I asked what sizes small medium and large? Right? And he said “no only default medium”! So I thought ok med. drink & fry can’t cost that much. $5.47. It may have been $5.49. It could have actually been $5.79. I don’t think I want to check it right now. I went to this place yesterday. That’s why I was giving it a three because why did I have to get “default” on everything? But, I stopped here on the way back from kayaking. It is a nice clean store. Great bathroom to change in. Thank you very much. That’s why I bought something. Great easy parking. Nice dog area. Service was great.
So I had to change your rating to a 4 because you had a super nice bathroom. I usually go a different way home. And gps was showing not too.
And if anyone reads my travels. I’m including a picture of my car with the...
Read moreTotally not the right concept for indoor eating. You have to order at the kiosk as the front register does not have a menu board(or literally anyone standing there) to order from. There are no napkins, ketchup, or drink machine availible to use. You need more napkins, front register. Need ketchup for your fries, go to the front register and ask, they will sheepishly hand you 2. Need a drink refill, they take your cup behind the counter out of sight and refill it.
Then to top it all off, if you do need anything, be prepared to stand like an idiot at the front register for a few minutes until someone in the back sees you and sends up the clerk. Guy making fries talking on his cell phone, nope not his job. Manager in a nice polo running the rear, nope not her job either. I just wanted ketchup for my fries….
What happened to napkins, ketchup, and drink machines. Why take those away?? I will be going to a different location from...
