Over 30min to process FOUR cars in the drive through. Automated robot takes my order and even though it seemed to understand I asked for Choc. frosty, it didn't add it to the order. After a massive wait to get to the window, I explain my order issue, they ask if I want choc. or vanilla and I ask for choc. They take my money, only to come back to the window and say "We only have vanilla ." and they reach out for my card like they are going to issue a refund. I say vanilla is fine and they leave. They come back and say our machine isn't setup and it's going to be 5 min. Ok. They leave, come back with my water, leave and then comes back 5min later talking about what are you still doing here? I am waiting for my frosty! They say oh well we need 5min for that, pull up or come in or whatever you want. I pull up in my car, wait another 5min, call the store, no one answers. So I get out of my car and walk up to their side window AND THEY ARE GIVING CHOC. FROSTYS TO PEOPLE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH!!!!! The staff do their best to ignore me standing their until the lady finally takes a frosty off someone's order and instructs a staff member to give it to me. The whole process was over 40mins, they lied to me TWICE about the flavor and the machine, ignored me while I waited outside, ignored me when I got the side window. I have lived in this town for over a decade, I will NEVER return to this dump. This place is a waste of space. Do us all a favor and shut it down get out of our town. There is plenty of awesome restaurants with better food, proper service and employees with more than two brain cells to rub together here that we can go to. DO NOT give this place money.    Read moreAnother story of lazy workers, poor service, and long wait times. I went yesterday with a coupon for a free any size fries with any purchase. I ordered and showed them the coupon on the Wendy's app and the employee just looked at me like I showed her a rocket schematic. I suggested she could probably use the scanner that right next to her. She then tried scanning the coupon but it didn't work because she never connected the scanner to the computer. After about 4 mins of her and the "manager " fixing the issue, it finally worked. I got my food but they forgot the fries, for the meal and the extra free fries too. So I parked, went in, and thankfully the lady at the register understood what happened and gave me 2 large fries to make up for the issue. And she was the only one that was nice and smiled. Every other employee there looked like they were so unhappy and forced to work. Its a brand new Wendy's and they suck this bad. Just don't bother wasting...

Took 15-20 minutes but keep in mind it's their first day open, and maybe some of these workers (who looked young) it could be their first job. I asked for no mayo on my baconater, and my son didn't want onions or pickles on his. Well I got mayo and he got pickles and onions. 1st day not a big deal. He just took it off and I just dealt with it. It was still delicious. Fries were hot, fresh and crispy. Nuggets were awesome. Frostys were awesome. Friendly staff.
