For someone who has lived in South Florida for almost 40 years I understand the rarity of finding amazing Customer Service. From my first phone call I knew I wanted to cater my event with Bagel Boss, I had called several places before calling them, and I actually felt that they cared if they got my business. Every step of the way, every question and every concern were addressed quickly and professionally. But most importantly we just had event and the food was really above and beyond when I expected. I had only had only been to Bagel Boss in New York, so I was not sure if this would be the same. The bagels were incredibly fresh and delicious The salads, spreads, and coffee all were perfect. My daughter who is dairy free thought the tofu cream cheese was the “best she ever had”. And my son who rarely praises food thought the nova cream cheese and bagels were outstanding, which is actually huge coming from him. It is not clearly labeled online but it is inside of the Jewish campus. The staff were not very friendly and untraside. What they have on site is not the same as what they say they offer online. I asked for a gluten free bagel, not toasted, with the cream cheese on the side. They toasted my bagel and put the cream cheese on it (and not enough either).
