Its unfortunate that I have to make this review after repeated bad experiences at a place I really liked and have given hundreds of dollars to over the past few months. On more than one occasion this establishment has lied about the product they were selling me and/or given me the wrong thing by accident. I am a kratom user of over ten years and former kava tender and yet they have repeatedly tried to lie to me about what I bought/paid for. I have been patient and understanding several times now, despite having to return to the store to request they fix their own mistake multiple times. Still, I understand is a service worker and long time member of the industry. What I can't tolerate however, is their refusal to refund/replace their most recent mistakes, when what I actually requested was a replacement- not a refund. These people were so unfathomable disrespectful that they have permanently lost a customer who spends big money there daily. What an incredible place! I went to The Kave Kava Bar and the experience totally exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt very cozy and relaxed, perfect for spending some time. I ordered donuts and tea, and honestly, they were delicious! The donuts were fresh, soft, and flavorful, and the tea was beautifully prepared, with that special touch that makes you want to order another cup. But what really made the difference was the service from Valentina Raga, who served me; she was simply wonderful. Great Service and Chill Atmosphere at Kave Kava!

I had an awesome time at Kave Kava! The service was top-notch (especially you OB love the high energy), with the staff being super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is incredibly chill, perfect for unwinding and relaxing with friends.

The space is well thought out, with a pool table and a gaming section that includes a Nintendo Switch and even a desktop PC for gaming or browsing. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable, making it a great spot to just hang out and enjoy the vibe.

They also have a variety of snacks to munch on, which is perfect if you’re looking to relax with something light while sipping your kava. Overall, Kave Kava is the ideal spot for great drinks, good company, and some fun gaming.
