For our family, Cassanos is more than just a pizza place; it’s a tradition. No matter when we came back to Dayton to visit family, our first stop was always Cassano’s. It’s been a staple in our family’s lives for as long as I can remember. Recently, we tried the new location on Brown Street in downtown Dayton, and it did not disappoint! The place is sparkling clean, with a modern vibe that still feels warm and inviting. The staff was absolutely fantastic – friendly, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food. But let’s talk about the real star of the show: the pizza! It was out of this world! The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce had the perfect blend of tang and sweetness, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Every bite was pure comfort and satisfaction. Cassano’s Pizza is more than just a pizza joint; it’s a taste of home for our family. The new location on Brown Street is a fantastic addition, and I can’t wait to make more memories there with my loved ones. If you’re looking for delicious pizza, a welcoming atmosphere, and a touch of nostalgia, look no further than Cassano’s. You won’t be disappointed!

Ordered My Sister her favorite BBQ pizza for her vacation. She’s been a very faithful pizza king fan for over 40 years.. No extra sauce we ask for, cold breadsticks, In this COVID 19 .. we were ask if we had over 75% of our order left to give back to the driver.. After cold, hard breadsticks,.. no extra cheese we paid for.. no extra sauce.. Horrible Customer Service! I’m blown away that our family has ordered this same order over 40 years. Such a let down to welcome my sister to the area I live in! I’m livid about this & I will not order from this area again! Not to mention,.. now, I have to make my sister wait another hour to eat! After waiting 1 hour &20 minutes for the 1st EPIC FAIL!

This was the only place open in Easter. This was an out-of-town family outing. The pizza was ok. All of them needed salt, but we ordered the pizza without salt bc there is always too much when they do use salt. Along with pizza we ordered wings and mozzarella sticks. The sticks were ok. The wings were good. There was initially an issue with the fountain drink machine, but the manager fixed that. The manager was nice and accommodating.

I ordered a salad with extra meat in the side. I didn't receive the extra meat. I told the delivery person. He said he would credit my account and that he was the manager. A couple weeks later I ordered another salad with some coworkers and tried to retrieve my credit. I was told there wasn't a credit. I asked to speak to a manager. The dispatch told me they couldn't transfer me the manager but could transfer me to the district manager Tim Steele. I left a message about a month ago and still haven't heard nothing from anyone. Not to mention, when I placed the second order when it arrived it wasn't what I ordered. I know one thing for certain two things for sure I will not spend another penny at this location again. I will order my food near my house and take it to work. They weren't even considerate or mindfull enough to replace the salad they sent that was wrong and luckily I had something else to put on my stomach that I was at work ordering and couldn't leave poor...

Health code violations galore!!!!!!!!Zero Stars this was the worst ever dinner I have had after starving all day fixing people's pipes to provide hot water to people in need. Bite into my pizza and notice a texture of hair. Pull it from my mouth walked up to the counter And show the manager that the hair was baked into the pizza. No one in the kitchen none of them had a hair net on. The lady literally said so what and acted like she was headed back to the kitchen. I said nobody have a hair net on. She didn't even reply. when I came back to get my money after checking on my kids in the bathroom and my wife. The lady lied and said that I threw the food on the counter cameras don't lie by the way. maybe corporate should check those Just to be sure. 830 pm to 910 pm Thursday December 29th. You'll see a man in camo dangling pizza strung up by a hair at the counter. And a woman turning to walk away when I tried...
