I visited this restaurant at 8:00 pm stood in line while employees are socializing taking breaks while customers stood a waited on food as if this was the cheesecake factory, the staff service is awful and not professional while I understand this is in a college district, you would think you could find a better pool of employees but not at this location! So as I checked out I asked for the Manager info and was told they had no business cards nor did they have a pen to write down the information for me! When I asked for corporate office number, one of rude clerk says "aww he is pissed because he waited for 45 min and I replied hell yes I'm mad while you sat here and gave your number to another customer instead helping who was next. Then the icing on the cake was when I was leaving the actual manager stopped me to asked why I was upset and during the conversation your $2.00 an hour security guard interrupted me and manager to tell me to leave, I was not loud nor rude to the manager and have no reason to be asked to leave his name was Matthew Workman, it was defiantly a racial issue because I was black and she was white! I will be calling the BBB to file a racial discrimination against the store and the security guard. I even asked the manager if she thought I was being rude or disrespectful to her and she stated no but still the rent a cop had a nasty attitude and should not be left to play security in a Zoo not alone a restaurant. If the job doesn't pay enough find something else unless you're not smart enough to find something better. The food coming out of these places is poor quality most of the time. Or it's we ran out of this or that. Somebody not doing their job, period. When a customer asks for something, and pays for that something that's what the customer should get. When I pay for extra, I want extra. If you can't hack it, read, or whatever get the f--- out of there.
So after posting my review I agree with the majority of the reviews. Most of them on the Brown St. location are on point. Most of them back up what I said. If there was a positive review here and there they must have been put up to it, or worked there. Anyway I would suggest that everyone there is fired and a new crew put in place, as well as new standards. Because when you work for any restaurant you can expect to get off one to three hours after closing. Not right as it's closing time. Sales would be better. Invest in security if the location is unsafe to patrons. There is no reason that people should have this horrible of an experience in any store let alone this location. Last but not least Chipotle take responsibility for the store's poor quality and don't blame it on Door Dash. They aren't the ones preparing the orders. The Dashers are not messing with the orders because they are received by customer with bag taped off by your stickers and you would be able to tell if it has been tampered with. Read moreI am so heartbroken from last night My daughter husband and i are a huge fan of chipotle We live in Indianapolis and my husband is a truck driver. He had been driving through and had a displaced hernia and fell out in the truck stop and EMT transported him to ER and he needed er surgery ...i jumped in my car and drove 2 1/2 hours to Dayton. Once he was out of surgery he was allowed to eat FIRST thing we thought of was chipotle. My daughter and i came to this chipotle and (like i said my hubby is a truck driver and we have been to chipotles all over the country ) but this by far is theee most ghettoest , nastiest ruded chipotle i have EVER BEEN AT . NO ONE LOOKED LIKE THEY CLEANED IN HOURS the security guard (yes i said security guard) Lil pewn pewn visibly lacked awareness there was MORE RICE AND SIDES OUTSIDE THE CONTAINERS THAN IN...they were talking and joking while having a line waiting . Customer service was HORRIBLE...THE GIRL broke my burrito twice and dumped it into another shell it was so nasty ...i was over charged (45.10) for three entrees and didn't give me what i asked . i have to come back to daytin this evening again and sadly i will not be returning to this chipotle there again.
