This has to be the worst Panera in United States. Slow is an understatement. Chaotic. Dirty. Food not prepared correctly and soup cold plus the prep, presentation was sloppy. No tables cleaned even though sufficient employees at the time. Restrooms were not stocked, clean. To go and delivery orders take PRIORITY. This place was not that busy for the absolute hell it was. Walking in, plenty of seating and 3 employees taking orders(like Wal-Mart, more unused cash registers closed, why waste the space!). One(1) woman in line ahead of us who had issues, as we went to another line up, 2 employees walked away. Get behind the impossible one again. Several people entered, female employee comes out front, takes their order instead of asking if she could help(she saw us?!). We finally ordered in her line after 6 others and 20 minutes. The original lady when we entered was still in another line🙄 If you're still reading, thank you for heeding the warning. I understand a bad day but... Beeper in hand with our drink cups, we search for a table that's been cleaned. Arriving at the front of the place, we have circled for a whole tour of each section. The narrow corridor ro get your food is narrowed even further by the to go stand of which nothing was ever placed there. Worst location ever. The wall is lined with people waiting for to go orders as people enter/exit from rear door. And that's the location for drink station plus trash, dirty dishes at the door? 3 employees to prepare food must have all been training. We received food after 20 minutes. COLD soup, cheese wouldn't melt on French Onion. Sandwich fell apart. Baguette was rubbery. Drink station sticky. 45 minutes before we sit to eat with worst service and food=we will never go to this location again! Must be a...
Read moreThis the best Panera. Panera on brown street has an amazing manager, Anthony, who.gets things done..great staff like Ben in the morning and kathy Obanion on the weekends...biggest issue is the dayton.police who ticket everyone st Panera because they care about the Dayton public about community policing..these cops care nothing about a business surviving during covid but we the taxpayers must pay them for doing nothing it exploiting the public, and be careful.the cops can send your car to the recovery center, and you pay big bucks for nothing. Send the dayton cops to PORTLAND and SEATTLE where community police are heroes..PARK IN THE BACK OR BE PART OF THE DAYTON CITY REVENUE GENERATION WHERE YOU ARE RENTLESSLY TICKETED BECAUSE YOU RUN INTO PANERA FOR A COFFEE, WHERE IS THE MAYOR??? CERTAINLY NOT ON BROWN STREET!! ! THE CITY CARES NOTHING ABOUT ITS PEOPLE, JUST MONEY..MY GOD, WE PAY TWO AND HALF PER CENT INCOME TAX, AND WE CANNOT EVEN MAKE A LIVING, AND JUST TO HAVE HOMELESS PEOPLE EVERYWHERE AND WE ARE ONE OF THE POOREST CITIES IN THE ENTIRE USA. Checkout the dayton daily news for truth...WE NEED NEW GOVERNMENT AND A BRAND NEW POLICE DEPARTMENT WHO CARES ABOUT POOR PEOPLE, AND I BET MOST OF THESE COPS DO NOT EVEN LIVE IN THE CITY OF DAYTON..SO, DO YOU REALLY THINK THE DAYTON...
Read moreI have a tale of two Panera's. One in Beavercreek near the mall and one on Brown Street near University of Dayton. I went to Panera near the mall in Beavercreek yesterday and was given the most horrible customer service. I ordered two scones which they placed into individual Pastry bags and did not put the pastry bags into 1brown bag. I ordered two lattes and they handed them to me as well without putting it in a cup carrier. So now I have to carry two pastries in two small pastry bags along with two hot lattes and hope not to drop or spill anything they didn't say good morning to me as this was early in the morning around 6:30. They didn't say thank you for visiting. They didn't say here are your lattes they just placed it there and started talkin to the next customers. I will never never return to Panera in Beavercreek. What's a completely different experience this morning at Panera on Brown Street I had a very pleasant experience. They were courteous they had great customer service and they were accommodating as well as putting my two lattes into a cup carrier in my one bear claw into a brown bag. Thank you for near or Brown Street in...
