New York Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Daytona Beach

If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered food from this place. The food was horrible. It took over two hours for my food to be recieved. I asked for well done wings and my food was not recieved how i asked it to be made and the blue cheese had spilled everywhere causing the wings to be gross. I contacted the company and they instructed that the person who had took my order did not write well done and she would fix it. Then the owner called and accused me of lying saying he was a chef for over 23 years and no way that my food was not right. Then i waited hour and half still no food recieved. I called back and they were rude told me they would rwather give me a credit then to give me my wings that i have waited now 3 hours to receive and cannot leave because my daughter just had surgery and i am on bed rest. I asked for my wings and they told me have to wait another hour toll they are recieved. He then told me just cancel the order on your card and hung up on me. I called back and a lady got on the phone and was even rudder to me and told me not to call back and my wings would be delivered if they had time. I want my money back for the food i did not receive. This place doesn’t even deserve a star! Horrible service & mediocre pizza (this pizza makes little ceasers pizza taste like a 5 star restaurant! This pizza was bland, tasteless, and cold!). Pizza took over 2 hrs to cook and get delivered, keep in minds this business is only 4 minutes away from where I was staying. They don’t fully honor their coupons and they false advertise! I had a coupon that said buy one menu priced pizza and get a 2nd one free (usually it’s equal or lesser price from the first pizza but in actually it was buy one menu price pizza and get a cheese pizza for free additional toppings $2 ea) I called and the employees and manager didn’t seem to care about keeping a new potential customer. I work in the business where my customers are my main priority (no matter how much of a pain or easy going they are) My customer satisfaction is a must with me! This place is definitely a joke I wish I would have read all these honest reviews before placing (mistake) order.. it would have save me time, the embarrassment or ordering pathetic pizza, and a huge headache!

First I want to start by saying at our hotel, all day, we have been getting menus slipped under our door. Of all the pizza menus we had to choose from I chose this place. I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of garlic knots with some ranch dressing and Alfredo sauce to dip the knots in. Not only did I wait for 2 hours for my food to come but when it got here it was ice cold and my ranch dressing and Alfredo sauce was missing. So I called to complain on the wait time and the fact that I was missing items and the woman had the manager call me back. When the manager called me back he laughed at my complaints and when I told him what I wanted he said I was greedy and said he would send me some more knots and the sauces that I wanted. We'll it has been another 2 hours and no food. Come to find out they only have one delivery driver. I would not recommend using this place if you want hot fresh food and good customer service. You would think a business that hands out flyers to hundreds of hotel rooms should be able to handle the abundance of orders...
