The food was great....if you go through drive thru, all is fast.... but if going inside, you will wait about 15 minutes from the time you walk in, to the time you walk out with your food. Both of the customers that went before us came back to the counter with missing items from their orders while we were waiting for our food. There is no ketchup or napkins out (understandably due to the pandemic) but staff packed our food without it...which isn't cool because we had to wait several more minutes to get their attention to get napkins and ketchup. They were severely understaffed during the lunch hour rush.... The staff at the front was visibly overwhelmed and asked for help from the manager several times while we were there (inside). It was clear that priority is given to drive through and I fully understood that given that we are still in the pandemic and the majority of sales go through drive-thru.... I just hope they packed those bags with napkins, ketchup, and the full order customers paid for. The only reason we went inside is because we came in throught the back thinking we could circle the building to get into the drive through line but they do not have the drive around area in the front of the restaurant... So once you circle around, you have no option but to park and go inside or leave the premises. Fast food restaurant managers and workers need to remember that people who come to give them business, ultimately pay for a product but the service by which they acquire that product leaves a mark determining if they choose to return or not despite how good...

When I finally pulled up behind the person that was at the speaker to order food it was 2:51. They proceeded to tell the person you’re probably going to be the last order but they made their order fast and small so I when I pulled up it was 2:53 so there was still 7 minutes left before they closed. Unfortunately the “entitled” person working shut off the lights at the drive through at 2:55 and refused to acknowledge the fact that I had waited patiently for 20 minutes to order a very simple and small order. What has happened to customer service any more? They still were supposed to be open and no one else was even in line to get food at that point in time. I used to live Wendy’s but after this blatant disrespect I will never go to a Wendy’s again and I’ll make sure I let every one know how they disrespected me and I will also be looking forward to contacting the GM of this particular Wendy’s and they obviously will know who was working at this time of night. If you don’t want to actually work your schedule then don’t work. Instead of affecting people in a negative way as you did. I’m really looking forward to speaking with the store manager and because I wasted 20 minutes waiting in line for them to just waste my time I can’t wait to speak with the district manager as well. You washed my time I’ll look forward to spending more time in getting situations like this fixed...
Read moreThe man on the headset was very hard to understand so someone else took over for him. She repeated the order to us and it was wrong so she asked us to pull up to the window. As we got to the window her first words was so what was wrong with your order? My husband said to her that he stated to the man that that it was hard to hear him on the speaker and then she yelled at someone in there hey the man said he couldn't understand you the so what was wrong with your oder when he told her she told someone else inside the place hey you need to add x to the order and then next thing we know there's 3 pepole at the window looking at us crazy and then he said I have a JR frosty key chain can I add that to my order so she says you can't that's for 2019 and he says I have one for 2018 but it broke off the key chain I'll show it to you and then very rudely she says no just forget it I'll give it to you he said I don't mind and she said no no just forget it. He state to her that she was being very rude and that there was no reason for that she rolled her eyes and said I'm not being rude. I simply said ma'am yes you are and there's no need to keep it going so it will end here and she gave us the food and it was still wrong. The food was so cold and the order was wrong. I will never visit this location again. Horrible service from people that clearly don't...
