Would not even give this place one star. The service was terrible. There prices on line do not match the menu prices in store and when I got there I was shocked by the price, 7.00 more per sandwich, and when I showed them the website they said there was nothing they can do and that they are in a law suit with corporate. They didn't give me a total when I placed my order or ask me if I was looking at the prices on line. Regardless of the issue that isn't the customers fault. If they know its an issue then why not ask the customer if they were looking on line so there isnt an issue when the customer picks up there order. Do they let them know when they order on line?? If they cant honor the on line prices they can at least offer a free pop or a percentage off, even an apology would have been better then the manager going and talking about me while I was standing right there. Read moreI have been coming here for years. I am disappointed to see the last 2 times I have been in, nobody was wearing a mask despite the executive order. They are handling food for countless people a day - I pray nobody there contracts COVID-19 because it could really spread.
The quality has become inconsistent over the past year or so, both in food and their customer service. Our orders are sometimes great, but sometimes overbaked, dry, and with a much lesser amount of ingredients used in their grinders. Sometimes the customer service is wonderful, other times it seems like the young teens they have working there are more concerned with socializing and joking around with each other while I'm just standing there feeling awkward.
