Bellacino's — Restaurant in Dearborn

Would not even give this place one star. The service was terrible. There prices on line do not match the menu prices in store and when I got there I was shocked by the price, 7.00 more per sandwich, and when I showed them the website they said there was nothing they can do and that they are in a law suit with corporate. They didn't give me a total when I placed my order or ask me if I was looking at the prices on line. Regardless of the issue that isn't the customers fault. If they know its an issue then why not ask the customer if they were looking on line so there isnt an issue when the customer picks up there order. Do they let them know when they order on line?? If they cant honor the on line prices they can at least offer a free pop or a percentage off, even an apology would have been better then the manager going and talking about me while I was standing right there. I think her name was Tiffany. We order food 4 times a week at my work and we will definitely find another place...

THE FOOD was ALWAYS GOOD, BUT NOT ANYMORE!!I gave 5 stars 2 years ago and have LOVED this restaurantAnd as well as all the other chain of restaurants of Bellacino's I NOTICED Last year was a change Employees people who were running the place Which I was concerned because the ladies who normally work their gave Great customer service And always had your food Great! I placed an order last night they put TOMATOES on my pizza which I didn't ask for no Garlic on my crust and it Appeared that the GIRL in the back had an attitude BECAUSE she had to put garlic that I ASKED for OVER the PHONE and they REPEATED my order back correctly but wasn't correct when I arrived then my Grinder didn't HAVE anything I ASKED for on the side but when I GOT home they GAVE me the WRONG sub VERY VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED I WON'T BE GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!! I have been coming here for years. I am disappointed to see the last 2 times I have been in, nobody was wearing a mask despite the executive order. They are handling food for countless people a day - I pray nobody there contracts COVID-19 because it could really spread.

The quality has become inconsistent over the past year or so, both in food and their customer service. Our orders are sometimes great, but sometimes overbaked, dry, and with a much lesser amount of ingredients used in their grinders. Sometimes the customer service is wonderful, other times it seems like the young teens they have working there are more concerned with socializing and joking around with each other while I'm just standing there feeling awkward.
