Bummed to write this, but the quality of the drinks has definitely gone down. As a person who gets boba tea every week from here, my last two order have been poorly made. Last week’s drink had so much sugar (despite requesting 25%), I just ended up throwing it away. Today’s drink just was more milk than tea. The store was dead when I went so it’s not like they were too busy. Donuts are still good but it’s the milk tea that had me coming back.

—— 8/2023: Everything is ordered through the kiosks including the donuts. The flavors of the items change regularly, so they don’t have any menus on the wall although you can see the donut flavors through the display glass. You won’t know the boba tea flavors until you get to the kiosk. The line for the kiosk can take a little while as customers familiarize themselves with the menu, but staff is efficient once you place your order.

If you have a more common name, make sure you put your first and last name, seems like they get orders mixed up. The seating area is a little small and it fills up quick. There is ample parking in the lot behind the store.

The donuts were delicious and fresh but they mixed up our drink order and gave us a strawberry drink when I had ordered a mango green tea drink. I didn’t notice until we left and overall I wouldn’t have cared but the drink was mostly ice— which was a bummer because the fruit drinks are pricier. The milk tea was delicious and actually priced really well. The boba was made to perfection and because it was brown sugar boba, it was a little stickier and sweeter than your average tapioca.

A real and raw review : So I wanted to try this place out for awhile now , so I stopped in after we ate some dinner & gave it a try . As I walk in I’m wowed at how gorgeous everything is I completely fell in love w/ the place! I was new & I wasn’t sure where to order as there was no one in the front , I’m waiting & the guy tells me if I wanted to order but I had told him if he could explain what they have on the menu & he pointed me to the self serve machine and walked away , I would’ve loved a little more interaction or maybe helping us out on what’s the top favs there or something you know? well I ordered a 6 piece variety set of the mochis and I put no tip just thinking I mean it’s literally a machine I’m ordering off of what’s the point . some young blonde lady comes out and was nice helping us select what flavors we wanted. I felt like the energy was blah the whole time being there. Staff needs to bump it up a bit be a little more smiley or put some more bumped up music & live it up , I feel like the staff was just very dull like if they didn’t want to be there but after all we tried the donuts right there and then & they were cold I thought they’d at least be sorta warm or maybe room temp but the were really cold, oily & doughy but drinks were great !!! My boyfriend and I went to Mochi Donuts and Bober Tea for our one year anniversary and we loved the place. It was such a good place for something sweet and refreshing. And the place was amazing for photos!

Starting with the mochi donuts, they offer a variety of flavors to shock your taste buds. While the funnel cake might come off as a tad plain with just a dusting of powdered sugar, the churro and sesame options stole the show with their perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. The taro could use a bit more punch, but the cheesecake and pistachio flavors certainly delivered on their promises.

Moving on to the beverages, the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with stir-fried boba struck the right chord with its perfectly chewy and soft boba, complemented by just the right amount of sweetness at 50% sugar level. The Supreme Strawberry Green, served in an adorable surprise cup complete with a cute hello kitty keychain, boasted refreshing strawberry popping boba and fresh strawberry pieces, though ask for less ice for a more satisfying sip.

The ambiance of the place is undoubtedly Instagram-worthy, with aesthetics that beg to be captured and shared on social media. However, it's worth noting that the establishment has only one bathroom, which might pose a slight inconvenience during peak hours.
