I am a costumer and I came to this place more than 15 time but today I surprise from the cashier look to me new she have no manner no ethics and I ask her for the paper bill she said you did not ask me first time I cannot give you. after I ask as usual smoothie mango to my kids she gave me very thin liquid I tests it does not look smoothie as my kids reject it ask to change it I told him no, and the juice hot there is no ice on it after I ask her she told me that what you ask I told her this is not the first time she said you never test this juice before, I told her ask your cashier Minna and her sister they know me I never complain she told me if you don’t like go out. I told her always I get same order any way she is very rude and cannot dealing with costumer she is never ask to change it or said good word she said if you don’t like don’t come again. if i go to American place they through it and change it right away but Arabica people like controlling you and force you to except what they offer to you. that is the last time I come to this place and I advice people do not come to...

All the drinks at this place are absolutely amazing—no complaints there. However, my biggest issue is with the new summer hours. The owner recently changed the schedule, and it’s honestly disappointing. They stop serving most of the menu by 10:15 PM, even though they don’t close until 11. After that time, they only offer items 1–6, which is a big letdown—especially for those who are lactose intolerant, as the limited options don’t accommodate that.

It’s frustrating that these changes happened right as summer started, when you’d expect longer hours and a full menu. If they went back to serving the full menu until close, with cleanup starting at 11 PM instead, I’d gladly give this place a 5-star rating. The current setup just doesn’t make sense, especially when they kept better hours...

i always come here. i called about 20 minutes before they closed, i was right next door. my friends went to pick up the drinks and they said i never called, and made me think i called the wrong place. then i tried to call them and they turned off their phones. i’m genuinely confused as to why they would do that, especially since i called ahead of time and i told the girl on the phone we were next door. i wont come to this location again, i’m not the type to leave a review but like that...
