Took my two boys to eat after practice get to bww and find out it’s all u can eat boneless chicken the waitress advised that we could not share, I said cool and proceeded to order , Keith the food runner bring out the food and walks away not even 2 mins later the manager Brittany comes over to the table and says unfortunately u will be charged regular price because y’all are sharing food I said excuse me we just received the food we only touch the fries how do u assume we are sharing food please count the chicken , I asked her to go watch the camera because now I feel like they are just picking with us because I didn’t order two all u can eat and my other son only order traditional wings Brittany comes back and oh say well I didn’t watch the camera,I don’t have access , (how the manager don’t have access to the cameras but ok) she than said well u guys can just keep the deal , as she walked away I called Keith over I said u told Brittany we were sharing food he said no , I said well u just brought the food and the waitress haven’t been back over here since the food came so I’m assuming u told her we were sharing food he said no , Emily still never came back to the table what a joke this was very embarrassing the waitress was Emily and the entire time she never came back over to the table because she knew she was wrong what a complete joke I’m highly offended and Brittany, Keith and Emily really should be ashamed of themselves store #3303 22216 Michigan Ave location please do better not all black people share food and not everybody wants all u can eat my kids orders what they wanted and that...

I went to BWW with a friend for a good burger only to find out that you can only get an unfresh premade thin burger patty ONLY served medium well, which is precisely how you would expect a cheaper fast food restaurant burger. You know you are going to get a subpar burger when you don't have a choice in how it's cooked. What a total disappointment. I understand it's a wings place, but at least know how to serve a decent burger, as not everyone is into wings. In fact, both my friend and I got a burger and both were dissatisfied. The waitress was nice and attentive, but when I asked if the burger was at least "juicy", she responded, "Well, I eat them and I usually order mine medium.". But... She never said that she actually enjoyed them. Actually, the main reason we went there is because they were donating 20% of the bill to Dearborn Animal Shelter for the annual Mutt Strut, which was cool. We had wished we stuck with our original plan of going to Falls Lounge for our lunch. The Buffalo Mac and Cheese was decent though, but a rather small portion for $10. Would have gotten 5 stars; that was until it was time to pay our bill. In the beginning things were okay. We had a large party of 12 with 5 being children. We dined in for more than 3 hrs and once we were done. We paid our bill of $127.00 (it was our twins 14th birthday) They then still charged the second half of our party of 3 whose bill was only $16.00 for OUR bill AFTER we paid our bill in FULL!! Once our second party noticed that after leaving, they stated it was their policy in case we skipped out on the bill. NOT COOL; especially since OUR BILL HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID!!! And we hung out for another half hour or so. Note to EVERYONE WITH 2 OR MORE BILLS CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! WE DON'T APPRECIATE THIS AT ALL. We're a middle class family.
