5/5 Stars: A Hidden Gem for Coffee Connoisseurs!*
I stumbled upon Bayt Al-Mocha yesterday, and I'm still reeling from the incredible experience! Tucked away in the heart of Down town Dearborn hgts, this cozy coffee shop is a must-visit for anyone who takes their coffee seriously.
Ambiance: 5/5 The moment I stepped inside, I felt like I'd entered a warm hug. The interior is tastefully designed, with reclaimed wood accents, comfy armchairs, and plenty of natural light. It's the perfect spot to curl up with a good book or meet friends.
Coffee: 5/5 Now, onto the main event – the coffee! I ordered the single-origin pour-over, and oh boy, it did NOT disappoint. The flavors were rich, complex, and expertly balanced. The barista clearly knew their craft.
Service: 5/5 The staff were friendly, attentive, and passionate about their coffee. They took the time to explain the different brewing methods and offered recommendations without being pushy.
Food: 4.5/5 I paired my coffee with a delicious macaroon, which was soft, buttery, and freshly baked. While the food menu is limited, everything is clearly made with love and care.
Value: 5/5 Given the exceptional quality of the coffee, food, and service, I found the prices to be very reasonable.
In short, Bayt is a hidden gem that's sure to delight even the most discerning coffee lovers. Do yourself a favor and get there ASAP!

Read moreWorse experience. Ordered a Spanish latte and abu walad latte. Brought my brother from Chicago to try this place as I enjoyed the coffee and experience. Abu walad was good. Spanish latte was straight milk. After tasting it went to the barista named “Casey” and explained it tastes like milk and was very sweet about it. Her response: turns off her AirPods so what do you want me to do about it?”- I’m no coffee expert so I’m asking how can it be fixed because I’ve had Spanish lattes from them and this wasn’t it. Her response “its how the ratios are. Do you want more espresso on it.” (With complete attitude) I’m like sure if that’ll fix it. Then preceded to tell me “well it’s an extra charge”. So I told her then if she can she just remake it. The place was empty so where her attitude was coming from wasn’t from a line… maybe the music she had to pause? And she kept telling me well nothings going to change. That point I just walked away. Went back to my brother and told him he can just have my drink so that at least he can have something. Once my brother heard about the attitude he went back to her and had her remake it and he got the same attitude from her.
All in all won’t be coming back or bringing any family members/ friends to experience this place. Customer service is a big part of someone’s experience and it’s...
Read moreI have mixed opinions about my experience here. Let me start off with saying that the interior was stunning. The 2 story layout was really nice and different from the other coffee shops that I’ve gone to. However, I didn’t like their seating layout. I feel like there could have been more seating available if they adjusted their tables, especially because it was a little hard to find an open table to sit at. Also, this is dearborn, so there’s a lot of traffic at these types of coffee shops, so I think the seating should change, if possible, because it’s not able to accommodate a good amount of people.
As for the drinks, we ordered lattes, but they were just okay - nothing that stood out compared to other coffee shops in the area. They weren’t bad, but they also weren’t the best I’ve tried. The prices were comparable to other local spots, which is fine, but I expected more in terms of quality.
We also tried the bee bites, but unfortunately, they were dry, which made them hard to enjoy.
The customer service was also great - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
I am open to try them again, later down, once...
