In both cases, we provided an outline of what we wanted custom-made but we weren't sure exactly how the finished product "should" look. Both the engagement ring and the wedding bands came out perfectly and we couldn't have wished for a better result.

Steven's service is also second-to-none - he remembered my name each time I came in, sometimes months apart, and offered to clean the engagement ring free of charge prior to the wedding to make sure it sparkled for photos. The service, expertise, and price I received were top notch.
