I have often stopped at Burger King to grab a quick bite. I never expect too much as I am, after all, at a fast food restaurant. Their attraction for me has always been their Fry's and their shakes. Today I stopped before making my hour and a half journey home. I should have spoken to the manager about the young person at the register. She acted as if she had been made to work there as punishment. She could not multitask at all! After waiting a few minutes for her to finish helping the manager and the person at the drive thru to bag some orders she returned to her station to take my order. Taking so much time allowed me to watch the kitchen (mistake). I saw workers with gloves on (good), but the never changed gloves when they wiped their face or nose, not when they wiped down the counter with sanitizer before they lay the bread directly on the surface, NOR when they bagged up the garbage before making a burger. DISGUSTING!! The gloves are NOT there to protect your hands, but to keep contamination from the customers order! I looked down and saw smashed Fry's on the floor. I looked in the corner and determined that the floors had not been properly swept since the store opened. My order arrived and the color of the nuggets told me the grease had not been changed in a while. The Fry's we're good (thank God), but I was highly disappointed when I took a sip of my vanilla shake!! It tasted like they took the ice cream and squirted too many shots of vanilla. I didn't think you could make a shake too sweet, but you CAN! All in all, I will NEVER return to THIS location!! Anything would be better and...

Because she was highly rude. He ordered his food and when he got to the window he saw that she rang him up for a small combo when he didn't order a small. When he addressed her she got highly defensive and rudely said " ok, well combos come small so that's what you get" he said well that's not what I wanted and she got smart with him again and said well I didn't hear you so it's a small. All while you can hear her having an attitude with the people inside... Nobody made her apply for that job and my boyfriend did nothing to her... She had the nastiest attitude and to be honest if burger king is going to employ rude, anti social individuals then we will not be going back and I'll make sure to let other people know not to go to that burger king. There was no reason for her to be that rude if that's even her name for real. But I'm very upset and pissed off how she treated him and I would like either the owner or manager who ever sees this to handle that situation or else the next person she is rude to is going to deal with her. I was on the phone with him and heard how she spoke to him and other people. I need the owner to reach out as soon as possible... Or I'll be going to social media that was uncalled for and then on top of that gave him a kiddie cup... SHE WAS MAD DISRESPECTFUL AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND FIND Another JOB. because she is making burger king on beltline...

I ordered at drive-thru 5 BK⢠Ultimate Breakfast Platter 'Our BK⢠Ultimate Breakfast Platter has all your signature favorites, including a mingling of warm scrambled eggs, crunchy Hash Browns, savory sausage, a warm baked biscuit, and three fluffy pancakes drizzled in sweet syrup' Firstly, I was told that they didn't have BK⢠Ultimate Breakfast Platter, only a Ultimate Breakfast Platter, which I kindly explained to the BK teller/cashier that BK stands for Burger King. Secondly, after I paid at first window, I was instructed NOT to pull forward to second window till instructed, even though there was no one in front of me and a long line behind me. Thirdly, I was informed my orders would take 4 minutes to cook but took 9 minutes. Lastly, after being instructed to pull forward to second window and pickup my order, I got home 5 minutes later to find no biscuits for any of the 5 platters and bacon instead of sausage.
