Let me start by saying that Jenna, the supposed manager at Jersey Mike's Subs, is hands down one of the most unfit individuals to hold a managerial position. Her lack of professionalism and poor communication skills make her a liability rather than an asset to the establishment.
First and foremost, Jenna's petty behavior is appalling. Instead of fostering a positive work environment, she thrives on creating unnecessary drama and tension among the staff. Whether it's favoritism towards certain employees or engaging in childish gossip, Jenna's antics only serve to poison the workplace culture.
Furthermore, Jenna's inability to communicate effectively is a major issue. She lacks basic interpersonal skills and often resorts to condescension and rudeness when addressing her team. Instead of providing constructive feedback or offering support, she belittles and demeans her employees, creating an atmosphere of fear and resentment.
As a manager, Jenna should be a role model for professionalism and leadership. However, her petty behavior and poor communication skills make her utterly unfit for the position. It's clear that she prioritizes her own ego over the well-being of her team, leading to a toxic work environment that is detrimental to employee morale and productivity.
In conclusion, I urge anyone considering employment at Jersey Mike's Subs to beware of Jenna's presence. Her unprofessionalism and inability to communicate effectively make her a detriment to the workplace. Until the management addresses these issues and removes Jenna from her position of power, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone.
I never thought I'd be writing a scathing review about Jersey Mike's Subs, a place I once considered a decent workplace. However, after the appalling treatment I received, I feel compelled to share my experience.
To put it bluntly, Jersey Mike's Subs fired me for absolutely no reason. I had been working diligently, showing up on time, and giving my best effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Imagine my shock when I received a call on my day off, only to be told that I was being let go. No explanation. No warning. Just a cold dismissal.
The lack of professionalism displayed by the management is utterly disgraceful. Firing an employee without any valid reason or prior discussion is not only unfair but also demonstrates a complete disregard for basic human decency.
What makes matters worse is the total lack of transparency. When I asked for an explanation, I was met with vague responses and empty excuses. It's evident that Jersey Mike's Subs lacks the integrity to own up to their actions and provide employees with the respect they deserve.
As a former employee, I can no longer endorse a company that treats its workers with such contempt. Jersey Mike's Subs may make decent sandwiches, but their unethical treatment of employees overshadows any positive aspect of their business.
To anyone considering working at Jersey Mike's Subs, beware. You could be the next victim of their arbitrary and unjust employment practices. As for me, I'll be taking my talents and my patronage elsewhere, where I am valued as a human being, not just a...

Read moreI love Jersey Mike's subs but on occasion, they don't make my sub correctly (or the way I like it, to be more accurate). Usually, I let it go and hope that next time I get a better sub maker! Well today, I ran out to grab lunch, ordered a hot sub and brought it back to my office. As I unwrapped my sub, I was met with great disappointment. Not only was it on the incorrect bread (no RosemaryParm) but they forgot to add barbecue sauce. While this may not seem like a huge deal, it really changes the entire sub. I decided to call just to voice my disappointment and let them know my order was incorrect, not really expecting any resolution. The young lady who answered was the same one who took my order so she remember me. I let her know what happened and she immediately asked how far my office was. I told her I was just around the corner but was back at work and could not drive back and just wanted to give her a heads up. Well this young lady (I believe her name was Tonyaeja) asked for my address, got in her car and brought me a brand new sub!!! Keep in mind, Jersey Mike's does NOT deliver!
Many of us rush to the keyboard when we're met with a nasty attitude or someone speaks to us rudely but I felt it was very important to take 10 minutes out of my day and share the story of an employee going above and beyond and completely out of her way to provide unparalleled customer service.
Thank you, Tonyaeja! I loved Jersey Mike's before but you've definitely got a customer for life! I only hope that your Corporate office reads this.
I have to go back to eating my...
