I recently visited St. Pat's in Deerfield Beach, and unfortunately, it was not the experience I had hoped for. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel welcomed by the staff. There was no friendly greeting, and the overall atmosphere seemed cold. Things took a turn for the worse when I went to the bathroom. My boyfriend accidentally knocked over my glass of wine, shattering it on the floor. I completely understood that accidents happen and headed back to the bar to ask for a new glass. However, the barmaid's response was not what I expected. Instead of being accommodating, she seemed annoyed and refused to serve me another drink. I spent more time picking up the pieces of my broken glass than enjoying my evening. I get that pouring another glass after a mishap could be inconvenient, but a little kindness and customer service would go a long way. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at St. Pat's. The lack of warmth from the staff overshadowed what could have been a nice evening out. Friendly for all people, all ways of life! Good food and fun games! The Air Hockey and Jurassic Park bring out the child in me and it’s fun as hell!! Come let’s beat MAS together!! He’s the top winner so let’s knock him down a notch…. hehe! The bartenders call me by my name when I come in ,and I always get a big smile! They make me feel so welcome every time. Anthony is an amazing manager, he works with such passion for his team! I’d like to say Kudos to the owners, because all the games and stations and tables are so clean and sparkly ,and it smells like Mr Clean himself comes there at night to make sure we have a nice sanitary local bar to go to! I have had lots of delicious things for food here as well such as the burgers, the wings,shrimp skewers ,and everything has been delicious! They use fresh ingredients for all their signature cocktails, it makes them extra fresh and delightful. So with that all said, Thank you!! I will continue to patron this establishment! 10 Stars...
