Kings Island Resort And Conference Center — Hotel in Deerfield Township

This is the worst hotel ever! The only good thing there was, is how close it was to the Amusement Park. As soon as you walked into the building it smelled awful! The carpets in the building were Disgusting and stained I didn't even take off my shoes or socks! The carpet in our room was the same way filthy stained and disgusting. The bathroom had to be cleaned before we even went in there. I myself never even sat on the toilet seat, I used a towel for the bottom of the shower. The floors in the bathroom were sticky and grosse. The sink took forever to drain. The shower had no hot water at first. By the time I got done with my shower, the hot water was just starting to turn on. The pool was supposed to be heated, but was FREEZING! So cold that we couldn't even swim.The pool room was leaking from the ceiling, it had white mold on the beams, the hot tub was barely even warm. The water in it was disgusting and the vent above it on the wall was rusted and had a huge hole in it. The pool room floor had so much puddled water and was dirty! All the chairs were wet from the ceiling leak, we couldn't even set our stuff on it. This place is horrible! I do not recommend...

My family absolutely loved our stay at this resort. We didn't use to many amenity's but we did eat at their restaurant and used breakfast buffet. Restaurant prices are ranging from around 8,9$ for adult, kids under 6yers eat free. They make amazing pizzas( absolutely loved their cheeseburger pizza, it was 14 inches and was $14) much cheaper then Kings Island one and much better. Breakfast was very filling, many different things to choose from. Hotel provides shuttles but to and from Kings Island. It runs every about 10 min. We even took a break from Kings Island going back to hotel for few hours, and then back, it was so easy and convenient, and most important u don't have to pay for parking! Bus drivers are very nice and friendly. Front desk is always open for any problems or concerns. Actually had to use it myself one time. Around midnight few people were to loud outside and my 5 year old was already asleep so i had to call the front desk and tell them about it, so they sent somebody over to talk to people and i guess try to resolve the problem. Over all we absolutely loved our stay and will be returning next...

This is the worst hotel I have EVER STAYED IN! The carpets, bathroom, sink, beds, windows were super dirty. We arrived late Friday evening and stayed through Sunday morning. I wouldn't let my child walk without socks or shoes while in the room. The carpet looked at least 20 years old. The mirror was dirty and looked like someone attempted to clean it with a bar of soap. Of the two bed, neither had a dust ruffle or clean blankets. The one bed only had 2 flat sheets, and no mattress cover. Complaining was worthless and no one there seemed to care about guests. Sunday morning I let my daughter swim (she wanted to all weekend) in the indoor pool. The pool area was super gross and there were no towels available. The water looked clean, but was beyond freezing. Needless to say, we spent less than an hour there. All in all, NO ONE SHOULD EVER STAY HERE. It is gross, dirty and uninhabitable. Run far and fast if you are looking...
