If I could give ZERO stars, I would. WORST customer service ever. My office team decided to place an order through their website for a lunch meeting. 15 people total. Every single item was labeled with the wrong name (the email confirmation was correct) and some people started eating the box with their name because several entrees look similar when the majority order a chicken item with rice as a side. After a few bites they realized they had the wrong food in the box with their name. Some of our group didn’t eat that day, some were afraid to eat what was left due to a seafood allergy and some just didn’t like what was in the box with their name. I called and spoke with the manager and she promised they would remake our order, fine sounds good, but NO! She called back within the hour saying her manager said NO food replacement. I placed a complaint on their website with corporate and they called me and offered a coupon for two free meals. I said, NO I need 15 free meal coupons. Corporate said they could not authorize and told me regional management would call me within 72 hours, no call. I called back two more times and supposedly I was to be escalated to the next higher level of management that would call me within 72 hours. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL from upper management. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Big mistake as I work for a Fortune 50 company in the area and have advised all the admin staff not to use Panda Express for any meetings, or catered orders. Big mistake! Read moreThe manager who is working today, the lady working today on August 15th around 2pm was extremely just rude. I’ve never felt the need to make a complaint. But I ordered online, paid online & showed up to pick up food with my kids in the car. I was planning on taking the kids in with me but they ended up falling asleep, bad timing. Anyways I get there & called them while looking in the window they had nobody in line so I figured it would be no big deal. I said hi I paid online and ordered and everything my kids ended up falling asleep in the car is there anyway you could bring it to the door I’m standing right here outside as I was staring inside & she told me know that they do not do curb side pick up. I said I understand but I’m literally out the door and my kids are asleep behind me in my car is there anyway we could do it this way this one time. Read moreThe staff are incompetent, rude, and the policy that is on all the registers in the building can't be done so says the manager! Just left here after picking up our mobile order and not being given a receipt, the cashier not even checking our food before throwing it in a bag and handing it over without confirming my name, and the cashier picking our receipt up off the ground to hand it to me once we had been shuffled away from the register and asked for it. Mind you, he picked it up from under where another staff member was standing near the line, so there's still strange grease on it. He then put all of our food into our bag lop-sided and I tried to just walk out and go home, but that's disgusting and not right on any level. So, I come back to the cashier, Noah, and ask for the manager. The manager was on the grill, and had previously given my Husband and I a dirty look when we walked in.
