So I was prepared to buy new pair of boots or shoes at this point I didn't know what they had to offer.... So I walk in and nobody is up front to greet anyone. As I made my way back to the footwear I stopped to do a little window shopping still don't see anyone other than a couple customers heard voices but still hadn't seen anyone ad I approach the boots I did finally see a woman. But was not clear whether or not if she worked that...so I started lookin around. Not sure what I was looking for but knew I had to get something cause my rockies had, had enough these boots used to be made better only had these for a yr last pair I had for 10+yes never had this problem... anywho so even though I was not prepared for the prices I did find a pair I really liked $180.00 I think they was but in the 10 to 15 minutes I was there and had been seen no one ever greeted me asked if I needed help nothing. When I heard another customer come in after me and they received assistance right away that was it.... You all not only lost a decent sale but more importantly the loss of repeat business and how ever many people this turns away the four of you made eye contact with me but never said a word to me!!!!

Read moreWent to Boot Barn to make a return. Not because I didn't like the jeans I ordered but simply because I ordered them online and they didn't fit well. Most of their sizes are in men's and being a woman I didn't know my size. It was cheaper than paying shipping costs to just return in store. But make a note, if you order online and go to store to return, they credit your card/account the money instead of giving you cash. Even though I used my debit card, because there store cash register is just that, their register. The only problem I had with the return/refund policy is that it only takes a minute for money to get taken off my card when making a purchase but somehow took like four business days to receive my money back! That's totally not cool. Shane was my sales associate and he was absolutely amazing and so friendly, sweet and very outgoing. He was quick and just a doll. Definitely management material!!! Hint, hint, nudge, nudge. Lol. Overall great experience even though it was just a return. I ordered four pairs of jeans and only one fit wonderfully. The order was placed early morning so I called mid day to see if it was ready since it was same day pick up and I had told them I was driving a hour so I just wanted to make sure before I made the drive and the guy response was that he would get it ready whenever he can, which wasn’t an issue it was the way he said it, he came off very rude. when I went to pick up the order apparently the girl “helping” me made it seem like it was a big inconvenience for her to go get my order. She was very rude as well and to top it off she gave me the wrong shoes.
