Nikki is a great employee. The job fits her well. I hope she stays forever!
Minor detail-- she wouldn't give me a proper receipt with the cumulative box weights for a 3 box amazon partnered shipping drop-off after i asked her twice. First she said 'weights don't matter', then she just did it wrong the 2nd time by only giving me weights of 2 boxes instead of 3. If she does intake so bad, it didn't sit right with me trusting her to ship em so I circled back to get my items and send em through a location that can do their job.
She obviously hasn't been involved in a shipment lost by Amazon where there are literally thousands of dollars on the line and the first thing they do in their audit is verify the weight of the box as stated by UPS at the drop off point and then cross reference it with the sum of weights of the individual contents claimed by the shipper within the box.
She's the typical type of minimum wage middleman who doesn't care about their job (and she's not a kid) and her careless mistakes cost the real consumer serious money or inconvenience. And I could tell it wasn't a one time thing, her whole demeanor and ambiance matched.
It's those type of hacks you really gotta watch out for or you end up getting screwed when you least expect it. I'm usually the type of person that's live and let live, everyone has a bad day, etc.. but when my business is on the line I gotta cut risk...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst experience ever in USA among all service. Today I received the package I sent out through UPS store in Mason-Montgomery UPS store in Mason, OH, which was supposed to be sent to Indianapolis, IN. My company provided me a return label for company equipment replacement. I used the box I received, and gave the return label to the store agent, and I told her I need to return the old equipment to my company, and whom I need to send to; for details, I asked the agent how I can make sure my company's receiver know it is me who send this old equipment back, she said the label has your name and address. Surprise to me, it was delivered to me. Then I went to the same store. The store Manager Chastity said it was my fault, because I used the old box, it is not her store's fault, and it is my responsibility. Then I asked Chastity "what your people do? I give your people the return label, the label is correct". Then Chastity chased me out, "I'm the store owner, go out of my store". Eventually I contact my company, my company provided me another return label, then I went to another UPS store. This time I checked everything in the package for making sure it would not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst off, I love this UPS store. I will never go to another UPS store in the Cincinnati area because the service was so good. The manager Denise was stellar at helping me figure out exactly what I needed and I needed A LOT of help. I was dealing with a family emergency which required shipment of a lot of family heirlooms including fragile paintings and various irreplaceables across the country. The newly hired Michelle cheered us on and was so helpful with the process as well. I donāt ship a lot of things as the task always seems daunting but I couldnāt have asked for a better team to help me solve my issues and successfully complete this task. Denise was able to sell me the correct size and amount of boxes based on my vague and panicked descriptions of what I needed to ship. (The dynamic duo even listened to me vent about the stressors that led to my store visit and how important the shipments were to my family.) I canāt thank them enough for helping me with this task and the literal and figurative weight that was lifted from my shoulders. Hats off to Denise...
