Go to another tropical smoothie location, NOT this one.
The franchise owner (and day-shift manager) is unprofessional, disrespectful to staff and customers, and lacks basic customer service skills. This is one of the worst experiences I've had as a customer.
My family recently came in for a mobile order, then ordered another item in store while picking up. We weren't greeted, the shift manager was gruff and terse while we ordered, and when an error was made by the staff, it was not acknowledge - rather we were blamed!
When we asked to speak with a manager the franchise owner arrived in store and treated us with the same poor attitude and demeanor (at this point in front of another customer). He even tried guilting us into letting their error slide because "other customers were waiting", trying to make us look like the bad guys when the one person waiting had just walked in less than a minute prior.
In the end, the franchise owner begrudgingly compensated us for the error (after 5-7 min of infuriating discussion), yet managed to WORSEN our experience by slamming our smoothies onto the counter, throwing us rude glances and talking poorly about us to his staff in front of us and other customers!

Picks up up and puts lid on it. Wife asked her to replace what spilled with what was in the blender. She says flat out No. Asked again to just put what's already made in cup to replace what spilled. Again No with a have a nice day. Float our business. Planet Smoothie is 1/4 mile up the road.
