Worst arbys I’ve been to ever. Did mobile ordering, drive-thru was closed over 2 hours early, not a big deal. What was a big deal is the fact that they told everyone there picking up orders that they were out of tons of stuff. One of them was my items, the fish sandwich. They didn’t say they were out of the fish, the exact words were “we can’t make anymore fish tonight”. Also they we’re done with all turnovers ( we didn’t order this but they kept complaining about the orders of them coming in). Our order was placed right at 9, they don’t close until 11. I obviously wanted my money back for the fish, they told me they can’t refund anything and that I had to call corporate, now meantime the guy laughed on and on in my face because I refused a different sandwich, we came specifically for the fish. They were messing up a lot of orders, which is understandable because apparently a lot of people had ordered said fish according to them. The laughing guy could have been working but instead spent the entire time I was there laughing (mostly at my situation) so what a waste of paid labor. Anyways although I live on this side of town for Arby’s I will go to Orange City’s Arby’s or save it for road trips elsewhere. Also will not use online ordering again, and am contacting corporate about that too. Crazy how every other chain I frequent is able to cancel items they cannot serve and these people act like it’s my problem. Go somewhere else who isn’t trying to close down 2...
Read moreI bought the chicken wraps 2 for 5. I don't expect gourmet for fast food, but I do expect decency with the quality of food. There's so many things that should have been done to make it look like "some" effort was made in putting the wrap together. Instead it looked like something my 5 year old tried to put together rather than a teenager/adult. I'm already hesitant about going out because of the overprice and the lack of even the most basic level quality of food. I cant even add a picture to show the ridiculousness. The wrap fit entirely in the palm of my hand. The cheese was a single slice slapped inside like it was a folded sandwich. Hardly any sauce through the wrap and what was there was enough for one bite. The chicken was mostly "breaded" with little meat and slightly warm like it sat out on the counter for a couple hours. I used to love arbys, this hurts how downhill it has gotten. *Edit, the review was made on my phone and there was no option for pics. I have to upload from my phone to my computer...
Read moreAs far as fast food goes, the Arby's in DeLand, FL is really good. This time, had the basic roast beef cheddar melt and a side of mozzarella sticks (instead of fries). I always ask for a small cup of extra BBQ ranch sauce on the side for dipping the sandwich. That's the sauce they normally add on this sandwich in the kitchen, but never enuff. It's not one of the sauces in the dining room or in a packet behind the counter... soooo good.
Tried the "half pound of meat" version of this several weeks ago. It was definitely a heavy sammich! It's a good idea, but not really well executed. Sandwich falls apart... it's kinda flimsy. And the way they season the meat normally is great for a sandwich with less meat. At a half pound, the seasoning is tooooo salty. I like the idea, but they shouldn't use the same approach as the lighter sandwich to make this half lb monster. They have the meats... but they are a but too salty in this case.
Don't forget to ring the bell on the way out if you enjoy...
