My recent visit to this Chipotle location was incredibly disappointing. The employees were visibly disengaged—standing around, chatting amongst themselves, and completely ignoring customers. When I finally got their attention, I was met with disrespectful attitudes and even dirty looks.
To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I was charged for double meat when I had only asked for extra queso, and they also forgot to give me the chips I paid for. It felt like no one was paying attention or taking accountability.
Even more concerning was the health and safety issue I witnessed: a dog was allowed inside the restaurant, blocking the exit near the counter. The employees not only ignored the obstruction but also petted the animal and immediately went back to handling food without washing their hands. That’s completely unsanitary and unacceptable in any food service environment.
Lastly, it’s frustrating that they won’t make a simple quesadilla for a child unless it’s ordered online. That policy is both inconvenient and nonsensical, especially when you're already in the store and ready to order.
