Myself and my co-worker had the displeasure of dealing with an employee who called himself "Mick/Nick" I am sure that isn't his name because when it was requested, he took the longest pause and this is what he came up with. We called the store to inquire about our order as it had been over an hour since it had been placed. The employee told my Manager there wasn't an order in that name and hung up on her. I then called back and asked for a Manager and was simply told "no". I asked again and was told there is no Manager but they would call me back when there was one. No request for my phone number was made, so I'm not sure how he planned to accomplish that. The employee hung up on me. I called back and immediately asked not to be hung up on. I gave the order name and was told there was no order under that name. I asked if I could provide an order number and was told "no". Upon further digging, I was told that they couldn't use order numbers to look up orders, but they didn't have an order under the name provided. Asked who could help us, he stated customer service, but provided no number. When asked for a contact number, I was told to go online and use live chat. I was told to use LIVE CHAT for a pending order for almost $60 that couldn't be found. His lack of customer service was embarrassing and frustrating as hell. He hung up on customers twice and we weren't even at a point of frustration, so there was no real reason to hang up on us or push us off without regard. We will NEVER order from this location again, and the experience was bad enough to possibly forgo Jamba Juice all together. This person needs to go through some sort of training to learn how to deal with the public, because they clearly have no idea about true customer service.    Read moreUndoubtably unbelievable. This is not the first time either. I get to the store that opens at 9a, .. at 11a. Door is locked. I see a young lady come from the Panera bread with food go in. And come out and lock the door again. I then sayâŠ. Is the store closed. She replied⊠she was going to get her food. Noticing that she already came from and had a bag from Panera I was confused but I figured they had messed up her order. I waited in the car for about 5 minutes and when she didnât come right back obviously now realizing she has a customer, I pulled off. My fiancĂ©e said when I pulled off about 5 minutes after that she came out of Panera with a friend. So she was simply waiting for someone and neglected the customer all together. I came here two weeks ago around the same time, and the door was locked. lights on. I figured there had to be an emergency. But now, seeing this⊠I doubt it. Clearly the sign on the door says they open at 9a. But clearly to the lady that works this shift she opens & closes âher storeâ when she feels like it. Horrible for business. Chris, who works on weekends and is usually unpleasant anyway, decided to freestyle my smoothie this evening. He put banana in a smoothie without that listed as an ingredient. The problem is Iâm allergic to bananas, and if it werenât for MY awareness of what the smoothie should smell/taste like, I could have died. Chris refused to give me his name after bringing this matter to his attention, and I had to get his name from another employee. I also was not issued a refund which I find despicable. Unless youâre trying to end your life via allergic reaction, donât go here. Jamba Juice itself isnât the problem, but this location isnât worth it.
