Buyer Beware. I spent over 2.5k on a fancy very firm Kingsdown mattress from this location. The buying and delivery process was great. But after 2 years, my mattress has sunken in on many sides, has deep sagging in the entire middle of the mattress, and has become warped to the point where it is VERY uncomfortable to sleep on and causes extreme lower back and hip pain for myself and family members. I have even been going to physical therapy for this. Whenever I go to hotels or other places, I never have any back pain at all. I finally contacted Mattress Warehouse since I THOUGHT I had a 10 year warranty. They sent some mattress reviewer to my house who measured the dips all over the mattress for about 2 minutes total. While he was there - he even stated that “wow, this looks really bad” - BUT - after his report, Mattress Warehouse decided it wasn’t BAD enough to warrant a replacement. So, I’m out of luck and stuck with chronic back pain from a faulty warranty that is promised from this location. And a bed that no one can even sleep on without chronic back pain. My in store experience was great. Khalid was very good at explaining my options. However there was a sale at the time for a free adjustable frame. When I heard about it on the radio I called to ask why I didn't receive it. Khalid was very rude and told me he gave me a deal and with it I couldn't have the frame. At no time did he say that. I explained in detail that I should have received the advertised adjustable base. He hung up on me. When I didn't hear about delivery on Friday as discussed, I called the store. Every time I called the line was busy. I called from another phone and was able to get through and schedule my delivery. He blocked my phone number to prevent me from calling the store. I am very upset and I will contact someone in reference to this situatuion. I work with the public every day. There is no way I would treat a paying customer this way especially when they just spent almost 900.00 at...

I bought mattress from Scott at this store, I did the Bed test to start, he never went over the results with me. The hybrid mattress he sold me was $899. I had a 10% coupon, I went to present it to him he said he didn't need it. I asked about free shipping, which the bed qualified anyway, he told me he was going to give me a package deal with free shipping and the coupon. I got home the total bill was $899??? I called, he said he applied it. I got a Hybrid foam which I told him I didn't want. I called him again after receiving, told him this is not what I wanted, he gave me a snotty attitude told me I had to wait 30 days there was nothing he could do.
