METAL CHARM found in my food and the customer service is terrible. I've ordered from this location a few times. The food is okay, but they always forget parts of my order. No big deal- I've continued to place an order. Last week, December 9th to be exact, I placed an order, and when I bit into my food, I felt something hard and tasted something slightly metallic. Before I bit down hard on my bite of food, I pulled a metal butterfly charm out of my mouth. Obviously, I was shocked and disturbed that my food was ruined. I called the restaurant to let them know, so they could hopefully avoid this for the next customer. The first person that answered the phone was pleasant and transferred me to the manager on duty. The manager on duty immediately told me that it wasn't possible for me to have found anything in the food because "she prepared my order herself." She denied my claim, never apologized to me and told me I had an attitude for no reason. Obviously frustrated, I told the woman that her customer service was terrible and the fact that she would say that I was lying was just unacceptable. I asked for the owner to contact me because I wasn't getting the proper customer service from the manger on duty. The owner nor the instagram account I contacted have reached out to me to apologize. I never leave reviews for establishments, but the manager accusing me of lying and no apology moved me to post this review with photos of the charm I found. Read moreI was so excited for this place to open. Finally went in yesterday with my daughter. The place was empty, the manager and an employee were both there, neither of them said a word to us or even offered a smile. Not hello, not welcome, didn't inquire if it was our first time there.....SILENCE! The girl was very helpful, and attentive, the Manager is where it all falls apart! As he, the manager, was beginning my daughter's order (he had put one smear of tzatziki sauce on a pita), she apologized and asked if she could please switch from a Pita to a Bowl, clearly irritated, rather than saying sure, no problem, he barks at us "You're going to have to pay for the whole pita!". Really, you're a new business, and an empty one at the time, is it best practice to be rude to a customer?! The food quality was average, nothing spectacular, the portions were small. After giving us our order (with the upcharge for the extra half of pita), everyone disappeared into the back. Nobody asked how the food was, it there was anything we needed. Had the manager asked, we could of let him know that PART OF THE SKEWER had broken off in my daughter's shrimp, which he prepared. Thankfully, she did not break a tooth or swallow it. Needless to say, we will not be back. If you are going to run a business in the hospitality industry, rule number one is to be HOSPITABLE! Read moreWe tried to visit the Concord Pike location on 7/12/23 at 8:05 pm and the workers would not let us in the store, saying their manager (who was not there!) told them to close at 8 (posted close time is 8:30!) but there was no sign on the door and they were serving several other guests inside. They turned us away and even when other customers who were dining inside went to leave, made them act as body guards to not let us in (so unprofessional). I would understand if they needed to close early for operational issues or the like, but that did not seem to be the case and seemed like they just wanted to get out of there fast this evening. This is unacceptable and I feel like they just decided not serve us because again they were dishing up food for a customer while we walked up but then lied to us and said they had no more food they'd already put it away. This is also not the first time a similar issue has occurred. A couple of other times I've arrived within the last hour of operation (7-8 when they close at 8:30) and been made to feel as if I was an inconvenience, even one time they put up all the chairs including the other chairs at the table I was still at!!
