Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Delray Beach

I went into the Chipotle at W Atlantic Ave today for the first time. Terrible experience

As we walked in, we were enjoying the music that was playing and we were greeted by a friendly team member who first took my girlfriend’s order And then, when it was my turn to order, I asked for an order that I have had made multiple times at other chipotle locations in the area

I asked for a bowl, but instead of putting rice or lettuce at the bottom of the bowl, I asked the team member to put nacho chips at the bottom of the bowl instead, and informed her that I would pay for the bag of chips.

The team member said she did not know whether this would be OK to do that and said she needs to ask her manager.

The manager said “i will not do that”. I informed her that i have placed the same order many times at other locations. She said I can buy the chips and pour the bowl on them myself.

I asked her again to just charge me for the chips and use them at the bottom of the bowl. She said “no I ain’t gonna do that”.

Then i asked to speak with her manager or regional manager. She refused to give me their number. And refused to give me her name.

Very rude, nasty person who would not do a simple thing to make a customer happy.

I would not go back to that location unless they retrained or changed...

I have been to many Chipotle grills before .This was the smallest sized burrito bowl I ever bought at any Chipotle grill in my life..There is haitian woman manager that makes sure every customer gets a smaller size burrito or bowl from them then what you normally get.She gave me over 90% all rice and only under a half scoop of anything else i want.This manager wont give extra of anything.They are really cheap at this location.Even the quality is horrible.Overcooked dried up meat and no fajitas .No thank you from the manager and very rude manager there.You should hire another manager because you are loosing customers like myself cause of that woman haitian manager you got there that customers don't like They also charge more then all the other locations.They give you the smallest scoops of everything.I only went in here because it was a brand new one that just opened up recently that I never been to.I wish I looked up the reviews before I went in here.If you like Chipotle I would recomend you go to another location.This is worst one I have been to in my life.A...

I visited Chipotle on Friday evening around 6:15 PM. The restaurant had only three customers sitting at a table and four staff members at the counter, waiting for patrons. I ordered a Carnitas bowl.

The employee used a pair of tongs to place a small amount of pork in my bowl. He then added an even smaller amount—no bigger than a mouse's bite. It was almost comical to see how convinced he was that I was getting an adequate amount of protein. He didn’t use any measuring device, just relied on his keen eye and loyalty to Chipotle.

There was so little meat in the bowl that I asked for more, only to be informed that there would be an extra charge. The base price for my meal was $10.25, and if I wanted extra meat, it would add another $4.60. This would bring my total to around $14.85 plus tax for what should have been a $10 meal. I ultimately decided to decline the order and walked out. Now I understand why the restaurant was so empty. I will never return to Chipotle. What a complete ripoff!
