We came on the 4th of July and we were treated very poorly. It's beyond putting the customer first. The kid that was working behind the cash register completely disrespected me and my friend and we were there waiting to be served for 10 minutes. He was being really rude and mean because we were told we can have a discount and he did not approve of it so he acted poorly too the lady working there as well. This kid was on a complete power trip. And he said to me that he does not need our business because we have plenty of other customers. I asked to talk to the manager he dropped what he was doing and ran back a second later came back and said no I'm the manager. I stopped in for an iced latte and was so intrigued by the Reese’s peanut butter cup gelato that I got both. I would recommend this gelato all day long. It was so delicious that I was wishing I ordered a larger one. It was creamy and the perfect balance of peanut butter and chocolate. Also, there were big chucks of the peanut butter filling (from a real Reese’s cup) throughout. I also loved that there were no large chunks of rock hard chocolate- it was smoothly blended throughout. Do not eat at this place!!! They do not wash the scoops properly and they cross contaminate the ice creams. My friend has a severe nut allergy and the girl behind the counter did not rinse or clean the scoop, she just scooped her ice cream and gave it to her. My friend started having an allergic reaction after only eating 2 spoonfuls of the ice cream. Our other friend and her asked for a refund and they refused to give it to her at first. We had to get loud and demand a refund. The girl at the counter was also laughing at my friend for having an allergic reaction and kept telling her she is not allergic.
