I i’ve lived here well over 15 years I’ve ordered from them because I’ve been down the block maybe a couple times in my life the pizzas not that great anyway I order a chocolate Nutella pie with strawberries I right under the notes add strawberries because I noticed that it doesn’t have us as an option. ( please keep in mind that on the website it has The Nutella pizza with strawberries on it) so so basically they advertise a pizza that they no longer have next. I’ll order a pie was pepperoni and sausage and ask you in the options on Uber eats it offer u fee sausage , sweet or spicy. I click sweet. Call the restaurant after paying $61 off for Uber eats this incredibly rude woman puts me on hold without even asking me is it OK if I put you on hold put me on hold for five minutes I called back she says it again now it’s about 5 to 10 minutes I’m on hold I called back for the third time and she puts the guy on the phone who can hardly really speak English which is understandable maybe he miss read the tickets but no he thought with me before I even got to talk to him about the boat pizzas and hung up the phone and then would not answer my phone call I kept calling till I got somebody. Finally he explains that it’s all Uber eats fault which I truly don’t believe and then he also said that the Nutella pizza no longer comes with strawberries in which case if you see that somebody writes that you pick up the phone and you call the phone number and you say we no longer offer but they didn’t.the incredibly rude get to girl that have working at the counter needs to check herself when speaking to customers. Disgustingly Unprofessional will never go there again just order from the place right down the block and the pizza sis so...
Read moreI’m new to the area and I wandered into this pizza place, and was I was pleasantly surprised when they carried gluten-free pizza. Everyone in this place was so nice! The young man taking the order showed me the size the pizza would be, how much it would cost, and asked if I had any other questions. While I was getting ready to pay he said there may be regular flour on it because we are not a gluten-free certified restaurant. That was the first I’ve had celiac disease for over 45 years and no one has ever ever mentioned anything like that how kind. The bakers, real pizza bakers who flew the pizza dough in the air and they were so nice and genuine. Albeit, the gluten free dough isn’t thrown, etc., like most it comes frozen. Even so the chef said he himself enjoyed the gluten-free crust and others that have had it said it was the best pizza they’ve ever had. Well I got my pizza and I went home and I ate it oh my goodness it was divine. As someone who has had celiac disease for so long I always felt I was missing out. Eating this pizza made me feel like I was a regular normal person again. I think the people all of the people at rustic pizza I’m headed back right now to get another one. I guess it could be dangerous huh? Whoever the owner is I’d like to thank you for hiring such genuinely nice honest and happy people . It makes people like me want to do business with a company like you. Thank you again I can’t wait to go back tonight. Something I noticed while I was there the guys all seemed to remember the names of everyone that was eating dinner in there even the dog it made it...
Read moreRústica is one of the best pizza joints on Atlantic, with good variety and flavor for a fast slice or on the go. Fantastic Roman style pizza by the slice. I went with a couple of friends after debating on food for a while, and having some difficulty because I'm a vegetarian. So we decided to head to rústica and converse for a while. As soon as I walked in I knew this place was all about the pizza. The location itself is by no means fancy, but it's got personality and a great location. We took the outdoors seating on a nice cool day. The staff was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. But most importantly they were personable. We joked around a bit while we were deciding on slices, and ended up opting for a margherita, Provencal, bianca and caprese. The slices were huge Roman style, with a fantastic dough on the moist rich side, just like I prefer. The flavor combinations were fantastic, definitely beyond my expectations. The veggies and cheese were fresh and flavorful, and their combinations were definitely on point. We ended up quite full, and had a nice time conversing and watching Atlantic Ave. If you don't want pizza by the slice they can also make some for you, with the natural wait time involved with baking. For a premade by the slice, I definitely recommend this place. You see exactly what you're getting and it's delicious. Aside from the pizza potentially sitting for a bit before heating in oven, and the informal airs in the place, I would recommend this place to anyone. I'll definitely...
