My first experience was so very disappointing. It isn’t Often I treat myself to such a cookie , but my weekly splurge (was out of brownies( wholefoods; ) so I wanted to treat myself to what I expected to be the utmost decadent treat . It doesn’t even smell like cookies in the shop , which doesn’t speak well for a fresh baked cookie store . While it was very clean , and that is appreciated the one staff member was cleaning and was of no service . The whole thing is done self serve , you might as well do it on line . Almost 5 dollars for a cookie in a box that was supposed to taste like A fudge brownie. While one bite was delicious in the middle ( I cut in half ) the fudge I suppose camouflaged the stale and burnt rest of the cookie which I ended up not eating as it was easy to tell once the soft part was gone with the goo , the rest , hard and literally crumbled, no pun intended, was Terrible. Thought to myself, maybe a better time. However ,Shouldn’t it be good at all times of the day considering the business literally focuses on one thing.? I would be baking them from the beginning to end of the day so the experience would at least be one that you would smell freshly baked cookies when you walk in the door. I’ve been wanting to try this for so long I used to think at work when I would see all of my coworkers eating these huge cookies from similar types of stores, ……I’ll try one one day . I was so excited for this treat , and it was definitely a...
Read moreReally disappointed. I have been to Crumbl several times but this was a horrible experience. I ordered ahead for take out in the app and was told my order was ready. When I arrived it was far from ready. In fact, two of the three cookies (I ordered minis) I ordered were “sold out” leaving me with two cookies I didn’t want and they were horrible. The chocolate chip was over cooked and hard as a rock. The donut was melted and overly sweet. I knew I didn’t care for these flavors from past experiences which is why I didn’t order them. But no concessions or suggestions were provided by the employees when I was told the flavors I chose were sold out. Also they were out of coconut cream pie cookie and whipped cream! You’re a cookie store and you’re out of everything you sell, you should close the store. It is sad to see a chain become so big that their quality and product turns poor. I will not be...
Read moreI recently visited Crumbl Cookies, and it was an absolute treat! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked cookies was irresistible. Their menu changes weekly, which adds an element of excitement to each visit. I tried the classic chocolate chip and a seasonal cookie, and both were incredible. The cookies are large, soft, and packed with flavor—each bite was rich and indulgent.
What sets Crumbl apart is the texture. They have the perfect balance of crisp edges and a gooey center, making them feel freshly made even after a few hours. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly, helping me choose from the delicious options.
The packaging is also impressive—simple yet elegant, perfect for gifts or treating yourself. Overall, Crumbl Cookies is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. I’ll definitely be back to see what flavors they...
