I rarely leave reviews, but I couldnât let this experience go unrecognized. From start to finish, Pura Vida Miami (Delray Beach, FL) went above and beyond in every way imaginable. The level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail was truly unmatched.
What stood out most was the genuine hospitality extended by General Manager Cami, who personally delivered lunch to me and a colleague as we dined just off Atlantic Avenue and A1A. That kind of service is rare and deeply appreciated.
At the register, I was warmly welcomed by Olesiya, Javi, and Erica, whose professionalism and kindness set a high bar. And how could I not mention Executive Chef Andreaâwho ensured every ingredient was fresh, every hot dish was served hot, and every cold item was perfectly chilled.
Even the finishing touches reflected care. Santi, the preferred server assistant, helped clean and clear my table with such grace and attention that it truly elevated the experience. As I was leaving, Cody offered a heartfelt farewell that sealed the entire visit with warmth.
This was my second time dining here, and itâs clear that Pura Vida Miami (Delray Beach, FL) lives up to its nameâPure Life. More importantly, itâs evident this team takes pride in their work and genuinely values their guests.
In a world where great service is increasingly rare, this place is a breath of fresh air. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing food and exceptionally extraordinary service. Theyâve definitely earned a lifelong customer in me.

The portions for two acai bowls were incredibly small for the price tag, but that wasn't the major issue. The biggest problem was after ordering and getting ready to pay, I was told that the cost of $40+ for two acai bowls and a small bottle of water will also include tax and a 5% add-on. This is to supposedly pay for staff wages (i.e medical benefits). This upcharge is a tax to the customer and not well articulated prior to ordering, it's also something that is passed along to customers since ownership does not want to increase wages for it's employees. Similar tactics are done at places in Palm Beach and Miami, along with other cities like San Diego, LA, and SF. While I have no problem in tipping, this did not warrant that, and I don't appreciate something passed along...
Read moreBeing a guru myself, I am very familiar with Pura Vida, as I know a lot of gurus who go to the Miami location. Letâs just say this place is highly guru friendly.
With the aesthetic interior, and photogenic food which gets served right to you at your table, itâs safe to say that this place is here to stay.
Aside from the tariffs being implemented, this place truly does scream Delray. Everyone knows that Delray is just the more innocent brother of Miami.
With the push from me and my community, you can definitely notice that this place has gotten busier, so if you ever drive by this place and see it packed, you can tell your friends âBusch did thatâ
