Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Denison

Omg horrible. First it was Friday night approx 7ish place was empty, I placed my order I ordered 2 of their 19.95 meal deal that included 2 one topping pizzas 2 sides and 1 two liter of soda. We remained the only people in the store on Friday night. I paid about 42.00. what I got when they told us it was ready was 3 pizzas 2 side and just one soda. I said that I order 2 of the 19.95 meal deals it was at that time I was informed that it's one meal deal per customer and when I asked why wasn't I informed of this at the time our order was placed I got a shoulder shrug, and asked why she didn't tell me when placing my order, I even turned to my 27 year old son and asked him if he head me clearly order 2 19.95 meal deal, that 2 pizzas were pepperoni and 2 just cheese. ( We were feeding a family of 5) I was not pleased and purchased another 2 liter of soda. Apon getting home 10 minutes later, it was another disappoint the pizzas were burnt frozen pizza from Walmart would have been better. ( Walmart is just across the street) the crust was rock hard and for the 5 of us to look to the 2 sides to see if that was eatable well surprise they were just as disgusting as the pizzas, my 7 year old said that this was bull__sh_t.l!? While we all laughed, because I just spent 40 some odd dollars on dinner that all ended in the trash and us headed to Dollar General to get frozen pizza and that was another 20 some odd dollars. While is always order Pizza from Pizza Hut, we'd had a long 8 hour day running errands and we live 11 mile from Denison and 18 miles to Durant and only 4 from Dollar General it has Dollar General that won that car ride. I told my family that I don't care how low or tried I am that I'd rather drive to Pizza Hut I'd never return to the Denison Dominos again. Both these restaurants are of equal distance from our house. It was my mistake not to call or complain that evening or take pictures, I had angry 7 year old how wanted pizza NOT, not done the road another hour. This store needs help, I never ever would have sent food out to a customer that looked that way, it spent 5 years being a short order cook. Cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner 🍽️ in Florida. And my boss and owner would have fired me on the spot hands down. I'm hoping that apon seeing this review and others that have posted bad reviews of this domino's in Denison Tx. Will look into the horrible store and take action. What's even more disappointing is that I'm originally from Michigan and eat dominos all the time. In Florida it was either Pizza Hut or one of the other individually owned pizza places, cause town was off island and during winter months that was a 3 or 4 hour trip. Needless to say I will not ever return to Dominos anywhere if there's no Pizza Hut then I don't need pizza...

If I could give this place NO STARS I would. The manager is TERRIBLE.

I ordered a pizza on a Friday night (12/15/2017) at 10:30 PM (well before they closed). I ordered for delivery in Denison. I was called back 12 minutes later (about half the time that was quoted that a pizza would be ready for me) to let me know that I was out of the deliverable area. This, of course, is false as we have had multiple deliveries to our home and the owner has verified that we are within the deliverable area. Regardless, we informed the staff that they’ve delivered here before and the staff proceeded to put us on “hold” (without putting the phone on mute) and cussed us and talked badly about us to her manager. So, our family went up to the physical location, where the manager REFUSED to provide his name, his delivery driver acted like a body guard, and the poor staff memeber had to apologize for their behavior. The manager had frizzy, black hair and refused to provide a name or ANY customer service. He proceeded to call the cops on an angry customer. And it was VERY clear that everything was cleaned up in the shop by 11:00 PM (when they are open until 12 per the manager, or 1 AM per everything else) so they had no intention of making any pizza regardless of the deliverable area.

We went next door to Papa John’s (who opened their door to us AFTER CLOSING HOURS) who said “yeah we deliver out there” and said “oh yeah, we get a lot of business because of that Dominos’ bad customer service”. So, to say the least, we will NEVER be ordering from Dominos again. PAPA JOHNS, HERE WE COME!

BETTER INGREDIENTS, BETTER PIZZA, BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, BETTER...

The delivery driver apologized for being late, handed me my order, and said, "Goodnight night, enjoy your food," as he oddly hurried back to his vehicle. I get inside, sit at my table, and finally open the box to find that the pizza had been dropped or carried on its side like a briefcase! I called the store, and it was only 2-3 minutes before they closed at midnight. The phone dial tone went on and on until finally someone picked up, then immediately hung up. I called right back. This time, the phone was immediately picked up and hung up. I called numerous times back to back with the same results. Unacceptable, I always said jokingly when ordering, "It is completely ridiculous that they ask you to pay a tip when paying online because the services are not yet rendered, I mean, what if the delivery guy carries it to the door upside down? It won't matter to them because they've already received the tip for their excellent service! What a Joke! I will NEVER...
