Naranja Cafe — Restaurant in Denton

Absolutely terrible and rude customer service. I came in to order several drinks for me and my co-workers on 1/8/18, place was empty, and a girl was watching videos on her phone behind the counter. I asked if they were open and serving and she rolled her eyes and went back to her phone. I started ordering and she ignored me. I stood there for about three minutes as this went on and then walked out. They lost a lot of business that day. Really disappointed because their drinks are pretty good. I used to be a regular here a few years ago....

The atmosphere is nice--it's quiet and they have games to play. However, the tea itself is subpar in my opinion. I love boba tea and this is probably some of the lesser experiences I've had. The tapioca pearls were small and hard, the flavor of the tea was chalky. I asked the guy at the front how he was doing today and he just looked at me and said, "What are you going to get to drink?" I think a better experience is at Kung Fu Tea--the service is better, the tea is better, the atmosphere is better. Bummer it's not closer to campus...

This USE to be my go to place for Bubble Tea but NEVER AGAIN I went earlier this week and wanted warm almond milk tea and I was charged to put in the microwave or how ever they heat it. I got today and was told I will be CHARGED FOR NO ICE who do they think they are? I then ask the girl why and she says when I add ice that waters down the drink and when I put no ice I have to add more flavor... so basically you are charged for less effort on their part isn't that crazy!!! And apparently they sell their customers watered...
