I am a fan of Raising Canes, however this visit left me disappointed.
I considered the 25 tender's because my 3 grandkids were visiting. So i asked if there was something with fewer fingers and told I could order as many as or as few as i wanted. I decided on 15 and 3 orders of fries.
I paid and was asked if I wanted ketchup and said, yes. I was asked to pull up to wait for my order.
My order was brought out and i checked the order. Looked for sauce and thought i felt it at the bottom so i left.
Got home (about 2 min away) and fixed plates. There was no sauce. The chicken and fries could have both been cooked longer.
I felt I should call because i was unhappy. I was told Adriana was manager on duty. She was pleasant at first. I explained what happened and she said sauce isnt included with the singles. Said it was .40 and made fresh daily. I said they could have at least asked me. They asked if I wanted ketchup.

Read moreCame through the drive thru and ordered a big meal of 25 tenders and a big pan fries. I had asked if I could purchase two sweet teas in the post Malone cups and was told no. Cause I needed to post up? What? I said please I will buy them at full price. Got told sorry I just work here you have to buy combo meals. So I asked for the manager, shift manager tells me the same but said she would ask her general manager, come back and says sorry can’t do it so I ask for their name and their store number. Mind you we are in drive thru 104 degrees outside over 20 minutes. I even mentioned how hot it was. The shift manager comes back and says ok we can get the cups what would we like to drink again, sweet tea. Thought great, finally then moments later she says I can sell you the cups but no drinks. Seriously what is wrong with picture? I asked several times I would pay full price and for your employees to deny us drinks like this is shameful. I will not come back to this canes.
