I was there last night. Service? Slow... I understand that when I went there is was near closing time. Placed my order. Waited. I'm fine with waiting--I understand food service can be a bit taxing especially before closing. When the order was delivered, I did pay in full, and tipped the server. The rub.... the only thing right about said order was the soda. They forgot the side, and the sandwich was completely wrong. I found out that the side was forgotten upon pulling away. I called the store to let them know that they forgot my side. Okay.... long night.... I get it. I called the store to let them know. The receiver of the call did apologize for the error and told me that they had my order ready, and that I could come back by to get it. I declined. I called them to inform them of the mistake... I accepted it. Again.... it was near closing time. Mistakes happen. I've a small appetite and probably should not have chosen a side. I get home.... to eat what was given me. Again--- long night near closing. The sandwich was also wrong. I ordered a country fried steak sandwich without lettuce--- not only did I not get a country fried steak sandwich without lettuce-- I got instead a double cheese burger WITH lettuce. Wrong sandwich, and they even messed the no lettuce request. So I went ahead and ate it... Why? Hungry. I accepted their mistake. That said... I'm Gen X--- I realize that people may be having a bad day. Closing time is near..... And you just wanna finish the day. Granted. However------ you know what never mind--- this store blew my order--- the service was slow---- and I've feeling that they don't even care--- to also summarize--- the order was wrong, I did pay in full, and tipped the server. Read moreMy coworker, Hannah, went to sonic to get lunch for all of us, on one order was a medium cheddar pepper with 3 ranches with a route 44 peach raspberry sweet tea , the next was a Chicago dog with NO mustard and the same drink, and the last order was 12 piece buffalo wings and a cherry Vanilla Coke with cream.... My coworker comes back with news that throws me off, considering we both worked at a sonic in high school (2 years ago)! The car hop set her tray in her car and told her to grab her drinks and meals, which was already unprofessional. Then she tells her "I don't know how much it is so just give me what the receipt says," Hannah tipped her well too! Not even a minute later Hannah's center console was overflowed with sweet tea! THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE CUP!! The carhop had Hannah pick the cup off of the tray, so in my head that tells me she knew it was defective and didn't want to do anything about it! Hannah complained and they just gave her a new drink and 6 NAPKINS!!! Secondly Hannah asked for more ranch for the cheddar peppers, she told her there's ranch in the bag. She gets back to us, there's 1 ranch in the bag FOR A MEDIUM ORDER WHICH HAS 6 CHEDDAR PEPPERS!! Anyone would know 1 ranch is not enough! Thirdly the Chicago dog is covered in mustard!! WHICH SHE SAID NO MUSTARD! They managed to get the wings out not fresh and cold!

Read moreOrdered a chicken sandwich for my daughter. She ate about a third if it and bit into a hard part. She opened it and showed it to me. It looked and felt like it was maybe overcooked type of hard? Like when you heat it in the microwave maybe? A big chunk of it was like that. So I pressed he buttom and the girl came out. I showed her and she said they would cook another one. Shr came back few minutes later and said that she felt it through the wrapper and it didn't really feel that hard. Then she said since my daughter ate over half of it that they couldn't just give us another sandwich because it's an expensive sandwich. I was like, "yes I know it is." It cost over $10 for the meal with a medium slush. I understand that it looked like she ate over half because it was torn into and examined and that's fine but don't try and make it seem like I wasn't telling the truth about it. I believe they were being this way because before the chicken sandwich I questioned what size slush we were suppose to get with a large chicken sandwich meal. So I think they believed I was looking for a freebie or something. They gave me a $2.00 off of our next visit though even though every time I go to Sonic, it seems I have a bad experience after spending so much money too. I was not rude and had no attitude. I had nothing more than a friendly tone in my voice. I didnt even argue except to ask if she felt th chicken with her fingers and she said, "Obviously not." Made me feel like a liar...
