ordered the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap as a first-time customer. the food was delicious and the employees were polite, which is why i gave 3 stars.
my primary complaint isn't necessarily with this location or its employees, but it's with the menu length (so more of a corporate issue). for a fast food restaurant, the menu is ginormous, and when you're sitting there with so many options, it can be very overwhelming and time-consuming for customers, especially when they're new. it's called "Tropical Smoothie Cafe" after all, so why are the smoothies overshadowed by the gargantuan list of sandwiches, wraps, flatbreads, salads, etc.? they could remove half of the items and there would still be a variety of options to choose from. also you can barely read the menu at the drive thru because the print is so small from cramming all these options onto the board. i'd suggest looking up their menu prior to going there to save yourself the headache from squinting lol
