I stopped at this Taco Bell, before heading to work on the night shift at the hospital on Mayhill road. I drove up to the drive through window said what I want 3 times and each time, the response was " I am sorry can you repeat that order again", I finally said that I will come to the window. I had to wait a minute for a car in front of me and when they left, I came to the window to be told you can't place a order at the window, while talking to the young lady telling me this there were all the staff or look to be all of the staff standing there at the window while the drive through girl was telling me this. I ask for a number to file a complaint. The window was closed, and I could see staff laughing like she made a joke out of the situation. There was a man who came to the window who said he was the manager. The man told me the same thing, and I said well why can you not place your order at the window when you can at other places, like McDonald's or Braums ect., when they cannot understand you. I told this to the manager, a young man, maybe early 20's. I told him I wanted to number to corporate or something to file my complaint. The manager told me he could not give out the owner's number or anything. I was thinking what ever or who ever owned this Taco Bell had a office that ran multiple Taco Bell's and had a office, well the manager told me that the complaint would come back to him any way, in a condescending way, and like nothing would happen any way. I will say the manager did make my order and gave it to me free of charge, but still if they can't understand you at the drive through menu speaker it should be ok to come to the widow to place your order at window, like other fast food restaurants when they can't make out your order, just so that the order does not get screwed up. This Taco Bell need a over haul. I was thankful that the manager did go a head a take my order at the window. I did hand the manager my credit card, and did say own the house kind of sorta, but still the young girl was not professional at all. The is a FYI for who ever else goes through this Taco Bell...
Read moreI won't eat at this location, they never have anyone to take your orders inside, I don't want to order from the kiosk. Last visit(not returning ever) the kiosks crashed and rebooted at the checkout step forcing us to have to navigate and customize our kids items(yes a little picky) I got frustrated and attempted to use the app to order and it was down at the moment, again after I customize everything having to start over. I walked out. Wife asked an employee for help and they suggested for us to use the drive thru so we could place a human received order, absolutely terrible service. I will not be returning to this location. Quit being lazy and take our effin orders!!!
8 Months later. I choose this taco bell regularly for lunch, late night snack, and just an excuse to have something savory. I am changing my rating because this location has seriously turned a 180. They are rarely out of inventory anymore and promotional items haven't been scarce. I would say out of hundreds of online orders in the past 8 months I have only had one unsatisfactory visit and this is more than acceptable! Whatever changed, KEEP IT UP!
(Original review) This location is a joke. Cashiers are condescending when you ask for items advertised online, tv, and on the storefront signage. I have contacted corporate office and still got no compensation for extremely bad service and constant incorrect orders. Everytime there is a promotional item this location runs out and just simply lies to you saying the promo is over even though it is still heavily advertised. The food quality is just as expected for Taco Bell and nothing is wrong with it. This location has run out of unimaginable items such as tortillas, taco shells & chips. This is unacceptable and upper management should consider training whomever is in charge of product ordering or simply hire a replacement. This location used to be excellent,...
Read moreI've been to this location twice during the late-night hours, and both times I've been utterly disappointed in terms of food quality. My usual Taco Bell is always delicious, in fact I know that I will get a good meal from them every time. But this location is different. They'll get your order right, but the only thing remotely passable are the drinks. I ordered the $5 cravings box both times, and the tacos were soggy and disappointing both times. The 5-layer burrito was just dry and tasted really off to what I'm used to. I wasn't able to finish it. Even the cinnamon twists tasted funny. I'm not sure how to describe it. Usually they're supposed to be crunchy and churro-like, but the ones from this location are stale and off-putting.
I ordered on the app both times, but the second time the manager told me that they weren't able to find my order. She asked if it was for the right location, it was. She then asked when I placed, it, which was 10 minutes before I pulled up to the window. She then asked if someone confirmed they got my order, and the employee working at the speaker said yes. So they should have my order, but they didn't. So they asked me to go around the drive-thru a second time, which took me another 30 minutes to get through since they're extremely sluggish at night. It took me 45 minutes from arrival to getting my food, and honestly I was looking forward to having some Taco Bell after a long drive, but when I got home I was just flat-out disappointed.
I gave this Taco Bell two chances but I won't be coming back for a third. The only thing that's good at this location are the drinks, which are impossible to mess...
