Staff was slow and rude. I Stood where it said “order here” and apparently I went to the wrong side of the line (only one person was ordering at the register) and frankly I wasn’t really paying attention since no one else was around. I had missed the other sign that said “line starts here”, my bad. Girl behind the counter tells me I am standing in the wrong place, so I go to Move but she goes on to lecture me on common sense and how the flow of the line should work. When I replied back that I simply went to where it said “order here” and she didn’t need to be rude, she continued to say plenty loud for me to hear “just smack me next time” to her other employees as if she was holding back more comments. I truly did not say one word to this girl prior to that interaction and she had the audacity to start my morning of a 15 hour travel day, with that. The other two employees laughed and sympathized with her by joking and saying some other comments under their breath so I just got out of line. Especially when the posted time is 9pm and they blatantly lie directly to your face. Jamba Juice as a whole has completely gone down hill in the last decade. They used to be my go to place for smoothies and now it seems to get worse and worse as the years go on. It’s always something with them. Either my order is made wrong, I pay for add ons that are forgotten about, or they close early because the workers just don’t feel like working anymore. Maybe this is what should be expected, but the few times I have been here customer service has always been very, well, understaffed. You can see people walking away because they have a flight or do not have all that time. Depending on the time of day, you can be waiting anywhere from five minutes to half an hour to merely place your order. Before the next stage, waiting for them to make the order.
