The bouncer at this place tonight was unbelievably and incredibly rude to my 21 year old sister and refused to let her in. Apparently they have an asinine rule that individuals with vertical IDs aren't allowed in when vertical IDs are in fact a legal form of identification. He claimed that even though the rule was dumb that her ID was invalid. If her ID is good enough for border patrol and TSA and every other place she's been in Denver, the rest of the U.S. and Europe, then its definitely good enough for your dive bar. If that's the policy, then whatever...but she has a Nevada ID to begin with and nonetheless even if its your policy, the bouncers behavior toward her after the fact was absolutely not okay. She was on a company outing with her coworkers and bosses and he treated her incredibly despicably. He made her cry with his rude comments and behavior towards her. He told her she was overreacting, called her rude, yelled at her, and rolled his eyes at her. Even when she was privately speaking with her coworkers about the situation while waiting for her uber to take her home albeit away from him and not addressing him, he walked up unprovoked and confronted her and spoke to her implying that she was being overdramatic and rude. I'm disgusted with how this individual treated another person, especially a young woman who was crying due to HIS rude behavior. Additionally, reading your comments to other poor reviews, clearly shows poor management on your part. It's a wonder you're not out of...

Dear Owner(s?): The reason the one star is missing is because of your screaming, terrifying, abusive employee clearing the bar at 1:40a on June 4. So many customers and employees witnessed this that I won't be the person who airs that in public; however, my main concern is his disturbing blatant discrimination of my disability, which I would be happy to speak to you about privately if contacted. I left your business physically shaking, verbally assaulted, and had my disability made fun of ..! I'm upset and feel something needs to be done to rectify this for myself and other patrons. I wanted to also leave this review bc you are THE spot for my man and I, who were on a date for a special occasion the night your employee went postal; we had our first date there and many in between. He is a resident of your neighborhood and has been frequently in for years, is friends with your employees, and other than drunk dbags I've never had a bad time or been disrespected in any way. Frankly, I paid a lot of money to be screamed at and triggered, and I'm not sure what the future holds, I really hate that this makes me want to never go in again. Y'all put yourselves in a bit of a situation not vetting that man. How dare any of you condone treating people like that, let alone paying customers having a nice time on a special occasion... Was a great time while we were there, but after looking at the bill at home, we got overcharged for a few beers and some beers were rung up as types we don't drink and were more expensive. Hopefully just an oversight since bartenders switched halfway through our stay, but not the best surprised.

Serverly overcharged and beers were rung up as entirely the wrong item. I expected more. We were there from at earliest 4pm to 630pm and they claimed we drank around 16 beers, 2 shots, 2 double whiskey drinks between my boyfriend and myself. We wouldn't of been able to walk out. $80 tab. Total upcharge and dishonesty. Waitress sold us on a few pub beers by 10 barrel which were a dollar off at $4 for Sunday, but our tab says only one, we did order 3 of them, she just exchanged them on the tab for more expensive beers after the first. I really wanted to make this place a regular for me and all my friends. I can't recommend they come here based...
