This new rooftop lounge is the tallest in Denver…
Halo Rooftop Bar is the new hotspot in town and it’s safe to say, we will be regulars here. This vibrant open-air lounge offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, craft cocktails, & gourmet bites.
We arrived and were seated in the lounge area by the bar - the space was absolutely gorgeous. Halo staff were exceptional - polished & attentive. Manager & Master Mixologist, Evran had the best recommendations and whipped us up some gorgeous cocktails. Evran & Lauren ensured we had everything we needed while we dined.
We started with cocktails. The Tequila Mockingbird was made with espolon blanco tequila, marigold, hibiscus, lime, & soda (to spice it up, it was made with ghost pepper tequila). The ghost pepper brought heat and complexity to this cocktail, and I loved it. The marigold & hibiscus added subtle floral sweetness (also the gorgeous pink color) while the lime & soda added brightness.
The Sourpucker Spritz was made with midori, yuzu, umeboshi, pomegranate, prosecco, & soda water. The Sourpucker Spritz was refreshing with a nice balance of tart & sweet.
The Jackfruit No-Hito was a zero-proof option made with seedlip, spiced umeboshi, jackfruit, mint, & soda. This non-alcoholic cocktail had a botanical base with notes of spice and citrus.
The Brisket Griddle Burger was made with a double patty, lettuce, sweet onion, avocado, & cheese. It was served alongside sage fries and aioli. The double patties were blanketed in melty cheese & the meat had a rich, beefy flavor with a hint of smokiness.
The Dungeness Crab Fried Rice was made with cucumber, avocado, mizuna, & cured yolk. The crab fried rice was savory & umami-rich in taste.
The Little Gems Wedge Salad was made with double smoked bacon, cherry tomatoes, radish, pickled onion, & wasabi blue cheese dressing. The lettuce was cool and covered in creamy, tangy wasabi blue cheese dressing. The cherry tomatoes added a bright, juicy texture while the bacon brought the...
Read moreGreat view but not transparent on drink pricing. We stopped by for our first time on July 12th 2025 and enjoyed the view and the music but every time I ordered the same round of drinks the price was different each time. I ordered 2 rum and coke and 1 house margarita the first round was $42 the second round was $48 the third round was $54 and the fourth round was $36.00. I could not get an answer from the staff to why the price keeps changing for the three exact same drinks ordered each time. I did order from a different bartender each time so it's like they were making up tge prices as they go. We did have an unpleasant interaction with a young Asian bartender that was extremely rude. With this rude interaction it just ruined our Vibe for the night and I could not get a clear answer why the pricing for the same drinks kept changing, the drinks were getting more expensive throughout the night except for the last round was the cheapest. I was trying really hard to like this place but not being transparent on your drinks pricing and the bad attitude from one bar tender is deterring us from wanting...
