MOB Coffee — Restaurant in Denver

I have so far been twice, but plan to be back many more times! 😊 My first time was discovering it while waiting on my husband for a job interview he had in the area. Got the iced late with ube sweet cream! Was so so very delicious.

My second time was just a few days ago and I stayed quite a while to get some work done (from around 9:20ish-2:40ish). I got me a lil veggie breakfast burrito and a nitro brew with the ube sweet cream again! 🤤 Around noon, I got a cappuccino with almond milk to tide me the rest of the way over, and the gentleman barista made a lil design in the foam, and even brought it over to my table as opposed on just calling my name out. Which was very kind and unexpected!

The staff is amazing, talented, and so knowledgeable about their product sourcing. They genuinely are preparing all your drinks and food with love, and it really shines through in every sip! The coffee is delicious as well, and it actually energizes as opposed on just giving you the sugar zoomies like the over priced Starbucks drinks.

The atmosphere was so cozy, but still felt open. There's plenty of natural light coming in from their windows in front (running the expanse of the wall, but only taking up from the ceiling to half-way down). As well as they have a very kitschy (in a good way) back patio for additional seating, with a glass door leading out; which for any singles out there would be such a cute lil date spot just FYI 🤭 Or for friend dates too, of course!

The total cost for my second trip was $23.40 (which is including the 18 or 20 % tip I left for the 2 transactions), which is much more affordable than I can say for other coffee spots in the area, considering I purchased 2 beverages and a burrito (which was a normal sized one for those wondering, not some dinky lil overpriced one with hardly any sustenance 😂)

I wish I could leave 100 stars, because honestly I am just so in love, and am pleased to have finally found some delicious coffee in this state!!! The 20 minute drive from my place doesn't bother me a single bit; the coffee, atmosphere, and all the lovely staff are worth every minute of the drive! Also, they have a punch...

Honestly not a bad thing to say about this place!

First off the customer service was engaging and very friendly so already off to a good start from the guy at the front! (Sorry didn't catch his name wearing the kitten shirt)

We were on day 5 of September and pumpkin spice still hasn't hit our veins yet. This was a problem that MOB coffee gave us the fix for.

My wife went with the hot version and I got The iced with the pumpkin spiced cold foam because when you have the option to double up on PSL, you double up on PSL.

The drink was perfect. And I don't mean the syrup was perfect and the coffee sucked so it made up for it just because pumpkin spice was amazing. I mean you could Tell that the espresso was high quality and the foam on top appealed to both someone looking for appeal to their sweet tooth but also a more sophisticated coffee drinker hitting all of the fall notes that warm your soul: from pumpkin to nutmeg to cinnamon. I will 1000% be coming back here and will say that all of the coffee shops in Denver have their work cut out for them if they going to top the pumpkin spice...
