I waited in a very long slow moving line for a hood while only to see they didnt have all the food selection. It was basically half the normal stuff. Then to top it off the employees were not filling the serving scoop all the way. I got my food and got to the register when I was about to complain i had half what I normaly get, when a guy in line complained. A boy employee who was at the register aria ran over and pushed the server helping him to the side. The girl server looked at her fellow employee all shocked cause he shoved her. I dont blame her! Then this boy started yelling at the man with out even trying listen or resolve the problem. The boy was telling the man he was lying and they were filling the scoops. The man left. Then the boy started complaining about the man to a lady next in line. Turns out it was they guys wife! She told the boy it was unprofessional to talk bad about customers to another customer, especially if its they guys wife! Lol bad move on the boy. She left and the employee then started complaining about the man to the customer now at the register! This kid was trying to start a fight! The guy came back in asking for the manager and the boy emploee whips out his phone and starts recording the guy who's asking for the manager. This kid was threatening the guy saying hes recording and will post it on social media. This kid Was totally trying to get this guy mad! Eating here is not worth the slow lines, limited food and half portions and employees who try starting fights. The food was cold and definitely...
Read moreAs I work in Cherry Creek on Friday, I have a limited amount of time to go and get lunch. While there are a variety of great restaurants in Cherry Creek that can satisfy even the most discerning palates, I need something that's fast, and allows me time to "get and go" so to speak. The Panda Express in the Cherry Creek Mall fills the bill. The Panda offered a variety of food, and one of my favorites is the Teriyaki Grilled Chicken, and the Shanghai Angus Steak. Along with a generous helping of Fried Rice, the two entree plate is enough hold me over until dinner...or not, as the Panda doesn't scrimp on their servings. If I get there before 1230, the line isn't too long, and I am normally in and out in about 10-15 minutes. I might also add that for the amount of food you get, the price is very reasonable indeed. Another thing I like about the Panda, is that they also help Children's Hospital out, and they ask if you would like to help at the checkout register. Just add whatever you would like and the extra goes to a worthy cause. A noble endeavor in my opinion. So if you work in the Cherry Creek area, and are looking for delicious food that is served up generously, hot, fast, and affordable because lunch time is at a premium, then the Panda Express in the Cherry Creek Mall will satisfy your lunch time cravings. Bravo...
Read moreThis was the most frustrating visit to panda ever. The employee working could not understand our order, then just walked away. Apparently, we were waiting for chow mein to finish cooking, but this was never communicated. The exchange was awkward, we clarified our order three times, as politely as I could, and the lady still messed it up. Another employee gave us a free drink for waiting so long, but the exchange was just awkward and we stood there most of the time with no idea what the lady was saying or what was going on. Because of their awkward communication, we accidentally ended up with too many wonton orders, but it would have been such a hassle to clear up, I just gave up. Ugh. Two stars because this one location does not mirror other location experiences. Hire better employees with better communication skills. I will never be going back to this specific location. I walked in in a great mood and left feeling frustrated, unheard, and...
