If you're looking for a cozy, classic cafe that knows how to make an espresso drink and delicious small dishes, this is your place and certainly is mine. First, I don't know how long it's on the menu, but The Duke sandwich will blow your mind and taste buds! GO GET ONE OF THESE BEFORE THEY ARE GONE! It's a pulled pork sandwich that has obviously marinated in a spectacular season palette to the point where the meat actually melts in your mouth. The pickles on this thing are a perfect match along with a small pile of fresh baby kale. I ordered it on a whim and, wow, I can't imagine why there wasn't a line out of the front door just for this sandwich, I'm not joking. Go get one...right now. The barrista who was making our espresso drinks did so with artisan skills and it was exceptionally made. So the location, it's almost the size of an extra large walk in closet and seating inside is for only about 25 people, and that would be tight. There is more seating outside on the front patio and of course gettingsomething to go is an option. We went here on a Wednesday morning for breakfast but ended up getting there closer to 10:30 and there were only 4 other patrons there so we had a great experience. I hope this place is doing well because I would like to know that a niche coffee shop can still survive for long in this day and age. If they advertise The Duke sandwich and keep it consistent, I'm sure this would become a national chain, LOL!...no, seriously. Go Get One...

This is a wonderful place. I go here a couple times a week because it's near my office. Their coffee is top notch. If you don't do dairy definitely get their house almond milk with your drink -- It's delicious.

As far as food goes, all of the baked goods are great. The blueberry muffins, currant scone and banana bread are standouts. I am not even usually a banana bread fan, but theirs has a crispy, almost crystallized exterior that's sweet and addicting.

Haven't tried a lot of their food, but their brown rice bowl is a tasty, tangy-spicy concoction.

Oh, and the people are nice. They remember me & a few have tried to get to know me, even.

Only negative is that their prices are a little steep. You may pay $9 for a latte and baked good. But the quality is there, so I can't...

We grabbed brunch on a Saturday back in September back in 2024. I'm finally getting around to cleaning out my reviews.

The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was not worth the $10. The breakfast burrito was good and had very good spice but also not really worth $12. Our drinks were okay. I'm a stickler with bloody Mary's and theirs was decent but whatever mix they use is a bit thin for my liking. The mezcal sunrise is a better drink though.

The seating and ordering area is very cramped. I wouldn't recommend trying to eat or drink there with any more than 3 people and honestly more than 2 is kind...

Bacon egg and (American) cheese - $9 pre tax/tip - Wonderfully fluffy egg, strong crispy bacon (not thick cut) - House hot sauce is good (can get to go) but I liked the cart driver hot sauce I bought from down the road on it better - Bread got noticeably steamed on 2 min walk home but was not soggy (this is a good thing) - American cheese is my preferred, extra for cheddar (and separate menu item for egg/cheddar/bacon that would be $11) - For me, this was an great first stop on breakfast sandwich tour: overall 8/10 would happily make this my go-to spot esp if they had sausage
