This brand stole my heart with their creativity, designs and American made manufacturing. For a real gear junky who uses their equipment like it should....it just doesn’t hold up. What’s worse is they don’t stand behind their products. Everything I’ve purchased has started to fall apart and I’ve been dealing with a warranty claim for about 6 months with no luck. I even coordinated an exchange at their Denver flagship store since the warranty department had basically ghosted me. Their flagship store didn’t end up hold the item for me and now I’m unable to get the item I originally ordered. Normally no bid deal, pick something else out and move on, but there service and customer experience is about as bad as it gets and I’m at a point I’d rather not support their company with my hard earned dollars. Better quality and a better customer experience can be found almost anywhere. Their bag started falling apart at the seams inside and on the carry strap. Their Breaker shirt’s snap buttons broke after a few months of use.

I saw a review that the bashed the Topo Design products for basically looking good which is ridiculous. To me, it is nice to have something for both the streets and trails. So much outdoor gear makes makes you feel like your about to summit Everest and is totally unnecessary. All you need well made gear made from quality materials and Topo Design delivers. I just purchased my second pair of the climb pants because I loved my first pair so much. Never before have I gotten so many compliments on a pair pants and also had a pair survive such a gauntlet. They lived through miles of trekking through the Andes and the Amazon and I couldn't have been happier with them. The store front has great people working in it who were helpful and fun. WORTH EVERY DOLLAR.

I’ve had this place on my list to check out and since I was finally in Denver, I walked 20 min from my hotel to their flagship store. Sadly it appears they are closing down as they haven’t invested in anyone to staff it during opening hours. No one was there at 3:15 despite the sign saying they would be there at 2:45. I tried calling, but the voicemail was full. Such bad customer experience, that I don’t think intend to purchase from them…even if they somehow stay in business.

I love the idea of this brand & I believe we need more locally made products, so i was really disappointed when i bought the Topo Mountain Jacket for a ski trip to A-basin & Keystone this week. Sadly after only 2 days on the mountain i already see serious signs of wear with the stitching coming out in a few places. The staff are great at the shop & i hope that when i visit the store tomorrow that Topo will stand by there gear & i can stay a loyal customer. So i just got back from the store & they refunded me the full amount , they also offered me other similar jacket options or the possibility to have the jacket restitched. also with the new model jackets it seems that Topo has answered & fixed some of the longevity issues with the old models & i hope to see better & better quality stuff coming out in the future. thanks guys! So the issues continue with Topo as after 2 full weeks i finally got an email back from customer service, even though i already visited the flagship store on the 3rd of February dropping off my defective jacket & being told i would get a full refund to my card. As of now i have still not gotten a refund & now by email i was offered a partial gift card. not cool guys. Like way too many things/brands these days it seems Topo is all about marketing & not so much about the customer or the quality of...

Love the idea of this brand but their gear is terrible quality and not built to… even be used. What’s even worse is their customer service. Bought a $100 shirt and a button broke in half and snapped off on first wear, while traveling. It’s a plastic snap button, not a button you can see on again with a repair kit.

Customer service ghosted me and then finally gave me these options. Options were to carry a defective shirt with me for two months (so much for packing light) to ship it back after, or contact an international distributor to pass the problem on to them, or to spend my travel time finding a local repair shop to somehow fix not a normal thread sewn button a plastic snap, and they would reimburse me with store credit for the cost of the repair only, after I provide them a legitimate receipt. For their terrible quality workmanship, they want me to do all of the legwork while traveling with my family to fix a button that’s their defective manufacturing to begin with. Just store credit for the cost of repair, not my time researching, translating, traveling to a repair person, waiting for the repair, if it’s even possible as it’s not a standard button. What total garbage customer service, which I guess matches their total garbage...

I loved the flagship store and my visit there last week! I had been looking forward to visiting Colorado and to come to this store! The woman who helped me was awesome (I forgot her name ,šŸ˜”). She was so helpful, friendly, and patient. She took the time to give me some pros and cons about some bags I was interested in and listen to what my use cases were. I ended up buying the Block Bag, one of their newly designed bags. I highly recommend checking out this store! The colors, designs, and most importantly staff at the Denver location are the best!

I feel even more strongly about the Denver location after visiting the one in Boulder just a few days later. The staff at the Boulder location never greeted me or acknowledged that I walked into the store. And when I asked questions, they gave short abrupt answers, I was disappointed. My experience between the 2 stores was so different. I was thinking of buying yet another item at the Boulder store but didn't want to after experiencing unwelcoming responses, after 2 visits to the Boulder store ā˜¹ļø.

If you're going to check out Topo Designs, visit the...
