If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I would like to start out by saying my experience today at the Subway on 15470 Andrews Drive, Denver, CO was the worst experience I've ever had at any Subway-And that says a lot, considering I have been a valued customer for decades. This evening at approximately 6:00pm, I walked into this Subway after a long hard day of work. When I approached the counter, neither of the two ladies working looked up at me to say hello or greet me. Both ladies continued to focus on making sandwiches that had been ordered online, ignoring me for almost 10 minutes. Then one of the ladies finally looked up, and asked "what kind of sandwich?" Still no greeting or apology for keeping me waiting. I kindly said hello to her and told her that I would be ordering 3 sandwiches. One on wheat, the other two on Italian Herb and Cheese. She slammed the breads down on the counter and proceeded to ask, "meat, cheese?" . Once she was done with the meat and cheese, she passed by sandwiches down to the other lady who was working this evening. This lady never looked up, she just asked "what else?" Still no proper greeting. I proceeded to tell her what veggies/sauces I wanted on my sandwiches, but thought I would ask her for a recommendation for sauces that would compliment my ham sandwiches. She procced to look up, roll her eyes and say, "I mean I don't know, most people just get mustard" Needless to say, I didn't take her recommendation as I don't even like mustard nor did she care to ask. I proceeded to ask for tomatoes and her reply was, "we're out of tomatoes". I hesitated because I never eat my Subway sandwiches without tomatoes but proceed because I figured I could just put some on my sandwich once I made it home. I then proceeded to ask for onions. The lady's reply was, "we're out of onions". At this point I was extremely frustrated and I asked her "are you out of these items or do you just not want to go to the back and prep more veggies?" The lady replied in an elevated tone, "WE'VE BEEN BUSY". When I gave her a confused stare, she repeated, "WE'VE BEEN BUSY". At that point, I had had enough. I told her to forget about the sandwiches and proceeded to go to the Subway that was closer to my home, Subway # 12147-0. I received excellent service there. The last thing that I will mention about my awful experience at 15470 Andrews Dr. was that I think it was very unprofessional that one of the ladies had her boyfriend and his friend just hanging out in the lobby, being really loud and obnoxious. Neither of them had made any purchases, they were just hanging out, coming in and out of the store and smoking. I also think it was also very unprofessional that these two ladies were bad mouthing the customer before me, right in front of my face. I will never step foot in that establishment again and will advise everyone I know to stay away from this Subway as well. There is no excuse for this...
Read moreI would have gave the restaurant less than a one star I came in last night in the evening there was one Spanish gentleman working I was paying with a gift card from my insurance company for $50 I showed the gentleman the card before I started getting sandwiches me he said no problem paying with it I waited while he did three online orders and he asked me was I paying rent online order it first and I said no he said what are you going to have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes after making the subs going over to the register to ring up he didn't know how to ring up the card it was a scan your card and then asked me for another form of payment even though I had a $50 card here cuz he wasn't trained on how to process it so then I had to go get money cash and I told him that I was going to pay with the card first and then the balance with the cash and then he couldn't do that payment without taking what was on the card first then the cash cuz he wasn't trained properly told me he forgot how to do it normally this location doesn't even answer the phone at night chairs are put up through most of the night One person is working through the night to the close of the store he was very slow never welcomed me...
Read moreA few months ago The first time they made my sandwich wrong. I came the next day with half of the sandwich to show it was made wrong with the receipt and they wouldn't replace it. I said I'll give them another shot because it is the closest to my house. I placed a online order to get the 20%off deal and when I get there my order wasn't fixed. The girl Genesis told me nothing came through there system. I specifically asked her if I place a second order and show you can you fix my sandwiches. This girl says yes so that's what I did. After I place the order the girl tried to charge me in the store after I just placed 2 orders online. $75 later I walk out with no food and now I have no money to feed my kids today.
