I really wanted to love this place, but the tripa tacos were the crispiest I've ever had (wasn't asked if i wanted them chewy or crispy at time of ordering), and the asada was nothing special - at least relative to the expectations set by all the 5 star reviews. One of the asada tacos was like 50% chunks of fatty sinew. I'll probably give them another try sometime, see if I just caught a bad day, but it was mostly just confusing how bland the experience was relative to the reviews. Amazing authentic Mexican food! Perfect fast stop at a very reasonable price if you find yourself hungry in North Denver. I got the veggie burrito, $6 including a $1.50 tip, it has a little heat but nothing I can't handle😝 Now I want to come back and try another menu item. I need to learn Spanish for all the good food around here! It was a nice day so I ate outside under their tent. A pigeon strolled by, LOL. I absolutely recommend this place to everybody! Inside you will find fresh produce, fresh meat, (all sorts of different meats and cuts) authentic Mexican spices and lots of different things. The staff here is amazing and you are treated with respect. Outside you will find the food truck with delicious authentic Mexican food.
